Clickable Graphs
Every dashboard widget is interactive. Clicking any bar, slice, or data point opens the records used to calculate that value.
Record View
After clicking a graph element, a Records table opens showing the exact data behind the widget.
The table may include fields such as:
Name or title
Source
Assigned user
Status
Dates
Tags
CSV Export
From the Records view, you can export the displayed data as a CSV file for use in external tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
How Dashboard Exports Work
Step 1: Open a Dashboard
Navigate to Dashboards from your account menu and open the dashboard you want to analyze.
Step 2: Click a Widget Data Point
Click any chart element such as:
A bar in a bar chart
A slice in a donut chart
A point on a line graph
This action opens the Records view.
Step 3: Review Records
In the Records panel, review all rows contributing to the selected metric.
You can:
Scroll through pages of records
Review column-level details
Step 4: Export Records (Optional)
Click the Export icon in the Records view to download the data as a CSV file.
Do not close or refresh the page until the export completes.
Instant Dashboard Insights
Instant Dashboard Insights allow you to add widgets directly to a dashboard from supported pages without navigating away.
Supported pages include:
Opportunities
Appointment Reports
Call Reports
How to Use Instant Dashboard Insights
Open a supported report page.
Click the Dashboard Insights icon.
Select the dashboard to add the widget to.
Click Confirm & Add.
The widget is added instantly and can be edited later like any other widget.
Best Practices
Click charts regularly to validate what data is included in metrics.
Export data only after applying correct filters and date ranges.
Use native widgets for the best compatibility with Records and Exports.
Avoid switching tabs during CSV exports.
