What’s New
The Companies module now supports bulk exporting directly from the Companies table.
Users can now:
Export multiple selected company records
Export all companies from the top-right menu
Track export progress in real time
Download exported data as a CSV file
Export all visible company fields
Export Selected Companies
You can export specific company records directly from the Companies table.
To export selected companies:
Navigate to Contacts → Companies
Select one or more companies using the checkboxes
Click Export from the top action bar
Wait for the export process to complete
Download the generated CSV file
Export All Companies
You can also export the full company list from the Companies page.
To export all companies:
Navigate to Contacts → Companies
Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Export
Wait for the export process to finish
Download the generated CSV file
Export Progress Tracking
During export, a progress modal appears to display export status in real time.
The modal includes:
Export percentage
Total records count
Processed records count
Export progress bar
Do not refresh or close the page while the export is in progress.
Downloaded CSV File
After the export completes, the CSV file is automatically downloaded to your device.
The exported file includes:
Company details
Contact information
Address information
Custom company fields
Created and updated timestamps
Common Issues and Fixes
Export Is Taking Too Long
Large exports may take additional time depending on the number of records.
To improve export speed:
Reduce the number of selected records
Avoid running multiple exports simultaneously
Wait for the export process to fully complete
CSV File Not Downloading
If the CSV file does not download:
Check browser download permissions
Disable popup blockers if enabled
Retry the export process
Verify the export completed successfully
Missing Fields in Export
Only visible and supported company fields are included in the export.
Verify:
Required fields contain data
Custom fields are configured properly
The correct company records were selected
