Customizing Kyrios Dashboards

Customize dashboards by adding widgets, applying filters, using attribution and source conditions, adding visual elements, duplicating widgets, applying themes, and creating custom metrics.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this if you want to build dashboards tailored to your business goals using widgets, filters, visual elements, themes, and custom metrics.


Create or Access a Dashboard

Create a new dashboard

  1. Open Dashboards.

  2. Click Add Dashboard.

  3. Enter a dashboard name and choose whether it is private.

  4. Click Confirm.

Open an existing dashboard

Select a dashboard from My Dashboards or Shared With Me.


Add Widgets to a Dashboard

Step 1: Enter edit mode

Open the dashboard and click Edit mode.

Step 2: Add a widget

Click Add Widget.

Step 3: Choose a widget

Select a widget from Contacts, Appointments, or Opportunities, or use suggested widgets.


Configure Widget Filters and Conditions

Apply conditions

  1. While configuring a widget, open the Conditions tab.

  2. Choose AND or OR logic.

  3. Add conditions such as Status, Rescheduled, Source, or Attribution.

  4. Click Save.

Lost Reason filter (Opportunities)

Use Lost Reason in opportunity widgets to analyze why deals were lost.

Rescheduled filter (Appointments)

Use the Rescheduled condition to track rescheduled appointments.


Attribution and UTM Filters

Attribution types

Opportunity widgets support:

  • First Attribution

  • Latest Attribution

Configure these under Conditions → Attribution.

UTM parameters

Filter opportunities using UTM fields such as UTM Source and UTM Campaign when attribution is applied.

Important: UTM fields are visible only in Table and Granular views.


Contact Source and Opportunity Source Filters

How to apply source filters

  1. Add a Contact or Opportunity widget.

  2. Open the Conditions tab.

  3. Select Source and define the value.

  4. Save the widget.

Where source appears

  • Contact widgets: Source filter and table column

  • Opportunity widgets: Source filter

  • Table widgets: Source shown as a column


Add Dashboard Elements (Titles, Text, Images)

Open Elements

While in edit mode, click Add Widget → Elements.

Title element

Use titles to label dashboard sections.

Text Box element

Use text boxes to add instructions, notes, or hyperlinks.

Image element

Add logos, banners, or visual references to dashboards.


Duplicate Widgets

  1. Open the widget’s three-dot menu.

  2. Click Duplicate.

  3. Adjust settings if needed.

  4. Save changes.


Instant Dashboard Insights

Add widgets directly from supported pages such as Opportunities or Reports.

How to use

  1. Open a supported page (e.g., Opportunities).

  2. Click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Dashboard Insights.

  4. Choose a dashboard.

  5. Click Confirm & Add.


Apply Themes to Dashboards

  1. Enter Edit mode.

  2. Click Add Widget → Themes.

  3. Choose or customize a theme.

  4. Save changes.


Create Custom Metrics

Custom Metrics allow you to build KPIs using formulas across multiple data sources.

How to create a custom metric

  1. Open Add Widget.

  2. Switch to Custom Metrics.

  3. Click Create Custom Metrics.

  4. Define the formula and data sources.

  5. Save the metric.


Common Issues and Fixes

I can’t add or edit widgets

You need edit permissions for the dashboard.

Source or UTM fields are missing

Ensure the widget uses Table or Granular view and an attribution type is applied.

Duplicate option is missing

The widget must be editable and on the same dashboard.
