Use this article after your A2P brand is submitted or approved.
Step 1: Select Campaign Use Case
Choose the campaign use case that best matches how you send messages, then provide a clear description of:
Message purpose
Message timing
Recipient expectations
Replace all placeholders with your exact business name.
Step 2: Add Sample Messages
Provide at least two sample messages. Each message must include:
Contact or lead name
Sender name
Business name
Opt-out language (for example: Reply STOP to unsubscribe)
Indicate whether messages include links or phone numbers.
Step 3: Define User Consent
Explain how contacts opt in:
Website forms and URLs
Keyword-based opt-ins (for example, texting START)
Provide the opt-in confirmation message with business name and opt-out keyword.
Step 4: Submit Campaign
Submit the campaign for review. A confirmation message appears after successful submission.
Common Issues and Fixes
Campaign Rejected
Missing opt-out language in sample messages.
Consent explanation is unclear or incomplete.
Website URL is invalid or inaccessible.
