This article explains how to manage multiple A2P brands and campaigns in Kyrios to improve SMS deliverability, organization, and scalability.

Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This guide is for account owners who:

  • Send SMS at scale using A2P 10DLC.

  • Need to manage multiple brands or messaging use cases.

  • Want to link different phone numbers to different campaign purposes.

  • Need faster, more reliable A2P campaign approval workflows.

Accessing the Trust Center

The Trust Center is where all A2P brand and campaign management occurs.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Trust Center from your account settings.

  2. Use the tabs to switch between Brands and Campaigns.

Each tab lists existing records and provides actions for upgrades or creation.

Upgrading an A2P Brand

Brands define the business entity sending messages. You can maintain multiple brands under one account.

Steps:

  1. Open the Brands tab in the Trust Center.

  2. Select an existing brand.

  3. Click Upgrade Brand.

  4. Upgrade from Sole Prop to Standard or High-Volume Standard as needed.

Use brand upgrades when your sending volume or compliance requirements increase.

Creating and Managing Multiple Campaigns

Campaigns define the messaging use case tied to a brand.

Steps:

  1. Open the Campaigns tab.

  2. Click Create Campaign.

  3. Select an approved brand.

  4. Choose a specific messaging use case.

Each campaign can represent a different message purpose (e.g., reminders, promotions, notifications).

Providing Business Details for A2P Approval

Accurate business details are required for successful A2P approval.

Required fields include:

  • Legal Business Name (must exactly match tax records)

  • Business Type

  • Business Registration ID Type (e.g., EIN)

  • Business Registration Number

  • Business Industry

  • Business Email

  • Website URL

  • Business Region of Operations

Incorrect or mismatched data can result in rejection.

Configuring User Consent and Opt-In Messaging

A2P compliance requires explicit user consent.

You must define:

  • How contacts opt in to receive messages

  • The exact opt-in confirmation message

Best practices:

  • Opt-in must be explicit, not implied.

  • Privacy Policy and Terms must be publicly accessible.

  • SMS consent language must be TCPA-compliant.

Linking Phone Numbers to Campaigns

Each phone number must be linked to a specific A2P campaign.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Manage Numbers.

  2. Open the number options menu.

  3. Select Select A2P Campaign to Link.

  4. Choose the appropriate campaign.

This ensures correct routing, compliance, and deliverability.

Auto-Submission of Campaigns After Brand Approval

Kyrios automatically submits A2P campaigns after brand approval when eligibility criteria are met.

How it works:

  • Brand is approved.

  • Associated campaign is automatically submitted.

  • No manual action is required.

This reduces delays and eliminates common registration errors.

Common Issues and Fixes

Brand Approved but Campaign Not Submitted

Cause:

  • Brand approval is older than five days.

Fix:

  • Manually submit the campaign from the Campaigns tab.

Unable to Create a New Campaign

Cause:

  • Brand is not approved.

  • Brand approval window has expired.

Fix:

  • Verify brand approval status.

  • Submit the campaign manually if required.

FAQ

Why can’t I create a new campaign?

Your brand must be approved and within the five-day submission window. If the approval is older, you must manually submit the campaign.

How do I assign phone numbers to different campaigns?

Use the Manage Numbers page and link each phone number to a specific A2P campaign.

How does auto-submission work?

After brand approval, Kyrios automatically submits the associated campaign without manual action.

Do I need to enable auto-submission?

No. Auto-submission is enabled by default after brand approval.

What if my brand approval is older than five days?

You must manually submit the campaign from the Campaigns section.

Can auto-submission be disabled?

No. Auto-submission runs automatically when eligibility requirements are met. Manual submission is only required in exception cases.
