Use this article after your Business Profile is completed and approved.
Step 1: Open Brand Registration
In the Trust Center A2P flow, proceed to Brand Details.
Step 2: Select Brand Type
Choose one of the available brand types:
Low Volume Standard – recommended for most businesses
High Volume Standard – higher daily sending limits
Review and acknowledge applicable registration fees.
What Happens After Brand Submission
Brand details are submitted to carrier registries.
Approval is required before campaign registration can complete.
Common Issues and Fixes
Brand Rejected
Business Profile information does not match tax records.
EIN is invalid or incorrectly entered.
