Who This Is For / When to Use
Account owners registering new A2P 10DLC campaigns on or after August 1, 2025
Businesses choosing between Low Volume, High Volume, or Sole Proprietor brand types
Teams responsible for SMS compliance, billing awareness, and campaign setup
Why This Change Is Happening
To reduce spam, fraud, and unwanted messaging in the U.S., all messaging providers must enforce stricter A2P 10DLC vetting. TCR has updated its fee structure to support enhanced brand and campaign review processes.
What Has Changed (Fees Overview)
The increase applies only to the one-time brand registration and manual vetting fee for new campaigns.
Brand Type | Old One-Time Fee | New One-Time Fee | Monthly Campaign Fee |
Low Volume Standard | $23.9475 | $24.49875 | Up to $10.50/month |
Sole Proprietor | $23.9475 | $24.49875 | Up to $2.10/month |
High Volume Standard | $68.0475 | $71.90625 | Up to $10.50/month |
Important:
Monthly campaign fees are unchanged.
Fees are billed per active campaign.
Registration fees are non-refundable, including failed or resubmitted campaigns.
