Export email marketing performance data as a CSV file directly from the Email Statistics dashboard.

Use this feature when downloading email performance statistics from Email Marketing.

What Is Email Marketing Data Export?

The Email Marketing export feature allows users to generate CSV exports containing email performance statistics.

Exports are delivered through a secure email download link and remain accessible for 30 days. Users can also track recent exports from the Recent Exports section inside Email Settings.

What Can Be Exported

Users can generate exports for:

  • All campaigns

  • Email marketing campaigns only

  • Workflow emails at the individual email action level

  • Bulk action campaigns

Each export contains email performance metrics for the selected data range.

Included Performance Metrics

Exported CSV files include key engagement metrics such as:

  • Deliveries

  • Opens

  • Clicks

Additional campaign performance data may also be included depending on the export type.

Secure Email Delivery

Generated exports are delivered through a secure email download link.

Export Delivery Details

  • Export links are sent by email

  • Download links remain active for 30 days

  • Exports can be shared securely with team members

  • Multiple recipients can receive the export

Users can send exports to up to 5 email addresses.

Recent Exports Tracking

Users can view and manage export history from the Recent Exports section.

Recent Exports Includes

  • Campaign type

  • Date range

  • Export initiator

  • Export status

  • Download action

Export history remains available for 30 days.

How to Enable Email Marketing Export

  1. Open Labs

  2. Locate Export Email Marketing Statistics

  3. Activate the feature

How to Export Email Marketing Data

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Emails

  2. Open the Statistics tab

  3. Select the desired campaign type and date range

  4. Click Export

  5. Enter up to 5 email addresses

  6. Click Export to generate the CSV file

The CSV download link will be delivered by email.

How to Access Previous Exports

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Emails → Settings

  2. Open Recent exports

  3. View completed exports

  4. Download available CSV files
