Where to Check Statistics for Emails

Kyrios provides email statistics at the campaign, workflow, bulk action, and system analytics levels so you can track delivery, engagement, and conversions.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this guide if you need to:

  • Check opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes

  • Review campaign or workflow email performance

  • Analyze overall email marketing trends

  • Troubleshoot delivery or engagement issues


Email Status Definitions

Each status below is used consistently across Kyrios email statistics.

Delivered

Emails confirmed as delivered by the recipient’s SMTP server.

Opened

The total number of times recipients opened the email.
Tracked using an invisible tracking pixel.

Clicked

The number of unique recipients who clicked a link in the email at least once.

Bounced

Emails that could not be delivered.

  • Soft Bounce: Temporary issue (mailbox full, server unavailable)

  • Hard Bounce: Permanent failure (invalid or blocked address)

Unsubscribed

Recipients who clicked the unsubscribe link in the email footer.

Important:
Once a contact unsubscribes, emails cannot be resent to them without a manual compliance request.

Failed

Emails that failed due to:

  • Invalid or missing API keys

  • Malformed or invalid email addresses

  • Rejected addresses reported by the email provider


Where to Check Email Statistics

Kyrios surfaces email stats in five distinct locations, depending on how the email was sent.


1. System-Wide Email Analytics

Use this view for overall email health and volume trends.

Navigation

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Email Services

  3. Click Email Analytics

What You Can See

  • Sent

  • Delivered

  • Opened

  • Clicked

  • Complained

  • Bounced

  • Unsubscribed

  • Failed

Date Filters Available

  • Last Hour

  • Last 24 Hours

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Custom range


2. Individual Email Campaign Statistics

Use this to inspect a specific email campaign.

Navigation

  1. Go to Marketing

  2. Select Campaigns

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to a campaign

  4. Select Statistics

What Appears

  • Delivery status

  • Open and click counts

  • Accepted, processed, skipped, and failed emails

  • Email preview

Additional Actions

  • Click Load More Statistics for expanded status details

  • Click numeric values (Processed, Accepted, Skipped, Failed) to drill down


3. Overall Email Campaign Analytics

Use this to analyze performance trends across all campaigns.

Navigation

  1. Go to Email Marketing

  2. Select Statistics

Key Sections

Conversion Summary

  • Revenue

  • Average Order Value

  • Order Rate

  • Total Orders

Engagement Summary

A funnel view showing:

  • Delivered

  • Opened

  • Clicked

  • Ordered
    Displayed cumulatively to highlight drop-off points.

Performance Analysis

  • View metrics over time (Open Rate, Click Rate, Revenue)

  • Select metrics using the dropdown

  • Adjust date ranges for trend analysis

Top Performing Emails

  • Sort by Open Rate, Click Rate, or Revenue

  • View execution date, recipients, and performance metrics


4. Email Stats in Bulk Actions

Use this when emails are sent via Contacts > Bulk Actions.

Navigation

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Open Bulk Actions

  3. Click Show Stats next to the completed email action

What You Can See

  • Per-contact delivery status

  • Tabs for Accepted, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Failed, Skipped

  • Downloadable stats report


5. Email Statistics in Workflows

Use this for automated emails sent inside workflows.

Navigation

  1. Go to Automation

  2. Open Workflows

  3. Select the workflow

  4. Click the Email Action

  5. Open the Statistics tab

  6. Click View All Statistics for full details

Metrics Available

  • Total sent

  • Delivered

  • Opened

  • Clicked

  • Replied

  • Bounced

  • Failed

  • Unsubscribed


Common Issues and Fixes

Emails Show as Delivered but Not Opened

  • Tracking pixels may be blocked by the recipient’s email client.

  • Opens are only recorded when images are loaded.

High Bounce Rate

  • Review contact email validity.

  • Remove hard-bounced addresses immediately.

Clicks Are Zero

  • Ensure the email contains clickable links.

  • Confirm link tracking is enabled in the template.

Stats Cannot Be Reset

  • Email statistics are permanent.

  • Duplicate the campaign to start a new test.
