The Statistics tab in Email Campaigns provides a centralized dashboard to measure performance, engagement, revenue, and optimization opportunities across all email activity.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this feature if you send email campaigns and need clear visibility into engagement, conversions, and revenue so you can optimize future emails based on real performance data.

How to Access the Campaign Statistics Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Marketing.

  2. Hover over Emails and select Campaigns.

  3. Click Statistics.

The Statistics page opens automatically.

What the Statistics Dashboard Shows

The dashboard provides multiple high-level and detailed insights into email performance.

Conversion Summary

Shows revenue-focused metrics:

  • Total revenue generated

  • Average order value

  • Order rate

  • Total orders

Engagement Summary

Shows engagement activity:

  • Emails delivered

  • Emails opened

  • Emails clicked

  • Orders placed

Top Performing Emails

Displays emails ranked by:

  • Opens

  • Clicks

  • Revenue generated

Open Rate

The percentage of recipients who opened your email.

Click-Through Rate

The percentage of recipients who clicked a link in your email.

Unsubscribed

The number of contacts who unsubscribed from your email list.

Emails Sent

The total number of emails sent.

All-in-One Email Marketing Dashboard

The Email Marketing dashboard shows statistics for:

  • Campaign emails

  • Workflow emails

  • Bulk email actions

All email performance data is available in one place.

Date Range Selection

You can filter statistics using the date selector at the top of the dashboard.

Available options:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Current Week

Detailed Insights

Engagement Summary (Detailed)

Provides a deeper breakdown of:

  • Delivered emails

  • Opened emails

  • Clicked emails

  • Orders placed from email links

Performance Analysis

Track performance trends over time.

  • Use the status dropdown on the right to filter by email status.

  • View performance through graphs and percentage metrics.

This helps identify trends and make adjustments.
Example: If open rates are declining, update subject lines or email content.

Identify Top Performing Emails

Highlights emails that generated the most revenue so you can replicate successful strategies.

You can view the top 5 email campaigns based on:

  • Open rate

  • Click rate

  • Revenue

Important Note (SMTP):
Delivered counts are not tracked for SMTP emails.
Use click rate and revenue as primary performance metrics.

Most Recent Emails

View statistics for recently sent email campaigns to quickly assess immediate performance.

Dummy Data View

The Email Marketing dashboard includes a dummy data view for new users.

  • When no campaigns exist, the Statistics page prompts users to explore sample data.

  • Click Try Sample Data to view example statistics without sending emails.

Workflow Email Statistics

Workflow email statistics are fully integrated into the Email Marketing section.

What This Includes

  • Overall workflow email performance

  • Individual email action performance inside workflows

This creates a unified reporting experience without switching screens.

How to Use

  1. Click Edit Workflow.

  2. Click Statistics.

  3. Use the dropdown to view stats for individual email actions.

Introduction to Click Tracking

Click tracking allows you to see exactly which contacts clicked which links in your emails.

This is especially useful for:

  • Launch campaigns

  • High-volume email sends over short periods

  • Retargeting highly engaged contacts

Click tracking helps you:

  • Identify quality leads

  • Segment audiences

  • Personalize follow-up content

Setting Up Click Tracking in Campaigns

1. Navigate to Email Campaigns

  • Click Marketing

  • Select Emails

  • Choose Campaigns

  • Create a new campaign or open an existing one

  • Click Send or Schedule

2. Create or Clone a Campaign

  • Click Add New to create a campaign, or

  • Clone an existing campaign and click it to edit

  • Use the email builder to add text, images, videos, or buttons

3. Add and Track Links

  • Highlight text or select a button

  • Click the hyperlink icon

  • Add the URL and click Save

Before sending:

  • Toggle Track Clicks ON

  • Click Send or Schedule

This ensures all link clicks are tracked.

Click Tracking Limitations

  • Not supported for A/B testing

  • Not supported for RSS campaigns

  • Not supported in workflows

  • Available only under Marketing > Emails > Campaigns

  • Custom values are supported

  • Trigger links are not supported

Tag Contacts Directly from Campaign Statistics

You can tag contacts based on how they interacted with a campaign.

How to Tag Contacts

  1. Open campaign statistics from the 3-dot menu on a sent campaign.

  2. Click Load More and scroll to interaction types (Opened, Clicked, etc.).

  3. Select contacts and click Add Tags.

Auto-Tag Future Interactions

  • Select All contacts

  • Click Add Tags

  • Enable Auto-Tagging

Tagged contacts can be tracked in:

  • Tags

  • Bulk Actions

What insights can I get from the Campaign Statistics dashboard?

The dashboard shows conversion data (revenue, order value, order rate), engagement metrics (delivered, opened, clicked), top-performing emails, and overall campaign performance trends.

How can I track the performance of my email campaigns?

Click tracking records which contacts click links in your emails. When enabled, every hyperlink click is tracked and displayed in campaign statistics.

Can I use click tracking with workflows?

No. Click tracking is not currently supported in workflows. It is available only for email campaigns under Marketing.

Open Edit Workflow, then click Statistics to view overall and individual email action performance.

Can I track individual email performance within a workflow?

Yes. Use the dropdown in Workflow Statistics to view metrics for each email action.

What should I focus on when using SMTP for sending emails?

Delivered counts are not tracked. Focus on click rate and revenue metrics.

If I delete a workflow, will I lose its email statistics?
