Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

  • Users who send emails via campaigns, workflows, or bulk actions.

  • Teams that want a consolidated view of email performance.

  • Accounts reviewing engagement trends across all email sources.

What’s New

All email performance statistics are now displayed on one page.

This includes:

  • Email Campaigns

  • Workflow email actions

  • Bulk Action emails

You no longer need to switch between sections to review email stats.

Why This Matters

Unified Visibility

See all email activity in one dashboard instead of multiple views.

Better Decision-Making

Compare performance across different email sources to identify what drives engagement.

Faster Analysis

Quickly scan cumulative and daily metrics without manual consolidation.

How to Access the Email Statistics Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Marketing

  2. Click Email Marketing

  3. Select the Statistics tab

All email stats load by default for the selected date range.

Using Filters and Controls

Filter by Email Source

Use the top-left dropdown to filter statistics by source:

  • All Campaigns

  • Email Campaigns

  • Workflow Campaigns

  • Bulk Action Campaigns

This updates all graphs and metrics on the page.

What You’ll See on the Dashboard

Daily Performance Trends

Line graphs showing daily engagement (open rate, click rate, etc.) across all email types.

Important Behavior Notes

  • Date range filters apply to all metrics and graphs.

  • Changing the source filter recalculates all displayed stats.

  • Data is read-only and cannot be edited from this view.

Common Issues and Fixes

Workflow Results Look Different Than Expected

Cause: Workflow stats are shown per email action, not per workflow.
Fix: Review individual email actions within the workflow for accurate performance.

Metrics Don’t Match a Single Campaign

Cause: The dashboard is showing combined data.
Fix: Use the dropdown to filter by a specific email source.
