FAQ

Why do my stats differ from Google Analytics?

Google Analytics and Kyrios track sessions differently. Differences may occur because of bounce filtering, ad blockers, attribution differences, or users entering pages outside the funnel flow.

Can I automate actions based on page views?

Yes. Workflows can trigger actions when contacts visit specific funnel or website pages.

What qualifies as an opt-in?

Any successful form submission, survey submission, or supported two-step order form submission counts as an opt-in.

Does the Stats tab track unique visitors?

Yes. The Uniques column tracks unique page visitors separately from total page views.

What is the difference between Stats and Analytics?

The Stats tab focuses on page-level funnel metrics, while Analytics provides broader reporting and visual trend analysis across funnels and websites.
