What the Analytics Dashboard Does
The Analytics dashboard allows you to:
Select an asset type to analyze
Filter data by a specific asset
Choose a reporting period
Review key performance indicators (KPIs)
Explore detailed charts and breakdowns
The metrics displayed depend on the asset type you select.
Available Asset Types
The Analytics dashboard supports the following asset types:
Funnels
Websites
Blogs
Webinars
Forms
Surveys
QR Codes
External Tracking
Only one asset type can be viewed at a time.
Why Asset Types Matter
Each asset type has its own reporting metrics and charts.
For example:
Funnels may display page views, opt-ins, sales, and conversion rates.
QR Codes display scan-related metrics.
Forms focus on submission activity.
Key Metrics
Page Views
The total number of times the selected asset was viewed.
Unique Page Views
The number of individual visitors who viewed the selected asset.
Opt-ins
The total number of conversions generated by the asset, including:
Form submissions
Survey submissions
Appointment bookings
Purchases
Sales
Revenue generated by the selected asset.
Opt-in Conversion Rate
The percentage of visitors who converted. Formula: Opt-ins ÷ Unique Page Views
Average Time on Page
The average amount of time visitors spent on the selected asset.
Page Views by Step
For supported asset types, clicking a page or step allows you to view performance at a more detailed level.
How to Access Site Analytics
Open your account dashboard.
Select Sites from the left navigation menu.
Click Analytics from the top navigation bar.
Step 1: Select an Asset Type
Choose the type of asset you want to analyze. The Asset Type dropdown controls which data, charts, and KPIs are displayed. Available options include:
Funnels
Websites
Blogs
Webinars
Forms
Surveys
QR Codes
External Tracking
Step 2: Filter by a Specific Asset
After selecting an asset type, use the second dropdown to narrow reporting to a specific asset. Examples:
A specific funnel
A specific website
A specific webinar
A specific blog
Selecting All displays combined reporting for all assets within the selected asset type. Changing the asset type automatically resets this filter to All.
Step 3: Select a Date Range
Use the date picker in the upper-right corner to choose the reporting period. The dashboard compares the selected date range against the immediately previous period of equal length. Examples:
Last 7 Days
Last 14 Days
Last 30 Days
Custom Date Range
The default reporting period is Last 14 Days.
Step 4: Review KPI Cards
The KPI cards at the top of the dashboard provide a high-level summary of performance. Depending on the asset type selected, KPI cards may include:
Page Views
Opt-ins
Sales
Opt-in Conversion Rate
Each KPI card also displays percentage change compared to the previous reporting period.
Using KPI Cards
KPI cards are interactive. Selecting a KPI card updates the charts and breakdowns below to focus on that metric. Some asset types may display fewer KPI cards.
Step 5: Explore Charts and Detailed Analytics
Use the charts below the KPI cards to identify trends and performance patterns.
These visualizations allow you to:
Track visitor activity over time
Compare page views and unique views
Monitor conversion trends
Review engagement metrics
For supported asset types, clicking an item in the Page Views chart provides more detailed performance information.
Common Issues and Fixes
I do not see KPI cards for QR Codes
QR Codes use a simplified analytics view and do not include KPI card switching.
My asset selection disappeared
Changing the Asset Type automatically resets the Asset filter to All. Select the desired asset again after changing asset types.
No data appears for External Tracking
Verify that the External Tracking script is installed and loading correctly on the external website. If the script is blocked or removed, analytics data cannot be collected.
FAQ
Why don’t I see KPI toggles for QR Codes?
QR Codes use a simplified reporting model and only display scan-related analytics.
How is the percentage change calculated?
The dashboard compares the selected reporting period against the immediately preceding period of the same length. For example, the last 14 days are compared against the previous 14 days.
What affects data availability for External Tracking?
External Tracking requires a functioning tracking script on the external website. If the script is not installed or is blocked, data will not be recorded.
Can I view analytics for a specific funnel step?
Yes. For supported asset types, click an item in the Page Views chart to view more detailed performance information.
