Advanced Filters allow you to refine analytics data using specific conditions.

You can:

  • Apply one or multiple filters at the same time

  • Segment data by attributes like country, channel, page title, referrer, and more

  • Instantly update charts and metrics based on selected filters

  • Remove filters individually or clear all filters in one click

How to Access Analytics Filters

  1. Go to Sites > Analytics

  2. Select the data type:

    • Funnels

    • Websites

    • Webinars

  3. Choose the specific asset you want to analyze

  4. Click Advanced filter

How to Apply Filters

  1. Click Advanced filter

  2. Choose a filter dimension (e.g., Country, State/Province, City, Channel)

  3. Select a condition (e.g., "Is")

  4. Enter or select the value

  5. (Optional) Add additional filters using:

    • AND (to narrow results)

    • OR (to broaden results)

  6. Click outside the filter panel or apply changes

How Filters Affect Analytics Data

Once filters are applied:

  • Charts update automatically

  • Metrics (page views, opt-ins, sales, conversion rate) reflect only filtered data

  • Active filters remain visible in the analytics view
