WhatsApp Workflow Statistics track message performance per WhatsApp action, not globally.
Metrics available:
Total messages triggered

How to Access WhatsApp Workflow Statistics
Step 1: Open or create a workflow
Go to Automations > Workflows.
Click + Create Workflow or open an existing workflow.
Step 2: Open the workflow builder
From the workflow list, click the three-dot menu on a workflow.
Select Edit workflow.
Step 3: Add or select a WhatsApp action
In the workflow builder, click the + icon to add a new step.
Choose WhatsApp from the Actions list.
Step 4: Open Statistics for the WhatsApp action
Click the WhatsApp action block in the workflow.
Select the Statistics tab on the right panel.

Step 5: Review summary metrics
The Statistics panel displays:
