Open the workflow, select the WhatsApp action, and click the Statistics tab.

What does the “Total” metric represent?

It represents the total number of WhatsApp messages triggered by that WhatsApp action during the selected date range.

What is the difference between Sent and Delivered?

Sent means the message was dispatched by Kyrios. Delivered confirms the message reached the recipient’s device.
