Do I need a custom success URL for responses to be tracked?
No. All form and survey responses are tracked immediately when a contact clicks inside the email. A custom success URL is optional and only controls post-click redirection.
Where can I see survey results?
Results are available in Campaign Statistics > Submissions.
Each form shows a detailed breakdown by score and contact.
Can I change the form type after sending the campaign?
No. Once an email campaign is sent, the Form Element is locked.
Changes require a new campaign or template.
Can I see which contact submitted a low rating?
Yes. Each submission is linked to the individual contact record.
Can inline forms be used in SMS campaigns?
No. Inline Forms and Surveys are designed for Email Campaigns only.
For SMS, use links to hosted forms or keyword-based replies.
