Kyrios Funnels allow you to embed Forms, Surveys, and Calendars as page elements to capture leads, collect data, and book appointments directly inside a funnel flow.

Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for Kyrios users building funnels who want to:

  • Capture leads using forms or surveys

  • Book appointments using calendars

  • Control post-submission redirects

  • Improve funnel conversion and flow

What Are Forms, Surveys, and Calendars in Funnels?

In Kyrios Funnels:

  • Forms collect lead information

  • Surveys collect structured feedback or qualification data

  • Calendars allow visitors to book appointments

Each item is added as an Element on a funnel page.

Step 1: Create a Form, Survey, or Calendar

Before adding anything to a funnel, the asset must already exist.

  1. To create a Form or Survey:

    • Go to Forms & Surveys

    • Build and save your form or survey

  2. To create a Calendar:

    • Go to Settings → Calendars

    • Create and save your calendar

Only saved items can be added to a funnel page.

Step 2: Open the Funnel Builder

  1. Navigate to Sites → Funnels.

  2. Select the funnel you want to edit.

  3. Choose the funnel step.

  4. Click Edit or Edit in a New Tab.

This opens the Funnel Page Builder.

Step 3: Add an Element to the Funnel Page

  1. Click the + icon in the page editor.

  2. Select Elements from the left panel.

  3. Choose the element you want to add:

    • Form

    • Survey

    • Calendar

The element is added to the page using drag-and-drop.

Step 4: Configure the Element (General & Styles)

When an element is selected, the settings panel appears on the right.

General Tab

  • Element name

  • Form, survey, or calendar selector

  • Button actions (for forms)

Styles Tab

  • Spacing

  • Layout

  • Visual styling

These tabs control all default customization.

Step 5: Select the Form, Survey, or Calendar

In the General tab:

  1. Open the selector dropdown.

  2. Choose the exact form, survey, or calendar you want displayed.

  3. Click Edit form if changes are required.

This allows reuse of assets across multiple funnels.

Step 6: Configure Redirect Actions (Critical Step)

For Forms, redirect actions determine what happens after submission.

Available redirect options:

  • Use action from form builder

  • Go to website URL

  • Go to next step

If no redirect is set, the funnel may appear broken after submission.

Step 7: Use “Go to Next Step” for Funnel Flow

To automatically advance users:

  • Select Go to next step as the redirect action

  • Publish the funnel

After submission, users move to the next funnel step, page, or webinar.

Optional: Advanced Customization with CSS

A CSS section is available for advanced users.

Use CSS only for:

  • Minor spacing adjustments

  • Color overrides

  • Layout refinements

Avoid heavy customization that could interfere with default behavior.

Pro Tips

  • Always set a redirect action to avoid user confusion

  • Preview the funnel before publishing

  • Use Styles instead of CSS whenever possible

  • Keep forms short to improve conversion rates

  • Align elements with funnel goals (lead capture vs booking)

Common Issues and Fixes

Form submits but nothing happens

  • A redirect action is not configured.

Wrong form showing

  • Check the Form Selector under the General tab.

Calendar not appearing

  • Ensure the calendar was created inside Kyrios.
