Overview of Calendar Sharing Options
Kyrios supports multiple calendar sharing methods:
Scheduling Link (slug-based)
Permanent Link (slug-independent)
One-Time Link (expires after booking)
Embed Code (HTML)
Direct placement inside Kyrios Websites or Funnels
Mobile app sharing
Each option is documented independently below.
Access Calendar Sharing Settings (Web App)
Go to Calendars in the left navigation.
Locate the calendar you want to share.
Click the Share (arrow) icon in the Actions column.
Scheduling Link
The Scheduling Link is generated from the calendar slug.
Updates automatically when the slug changes
Best for branded or editable links
Suitable for direct sharing
Permanent Calendar Link
The Permanent Link never changes, even if the slug is edited.
Ideal for funnels, ads, and redirects
Prevents broken links
Recommended for long-term use
One-Time Link
The One-Time Link expires immediately after a booking is completed.
Prevents reuse or forwarding
Can be regenerated at any time
Best for private or controlled scheduling
Embed Code
Use the Embed Code to place a calendar directly on an external website.
Uses iframe and script
Requires HTML access
Keeps visitors on your site while booking
Add Calendar to Kyrios Websites or Funnels
Calendars can be added directly inside Kyrios-built pages without embed code.
Steps
Navigate to Sites.
Open Funnels/Websites.
Edit the desired page or funnel step.
Click the + icon.
Select Calendar.
Choose the calendar to display.
Edit Funnel Step to Place Calendar
Ensure the calendar is added to the correct funnel step.

All funnels can be managed from the Funnels dashboard.
Share a Calendar from the Mobile App
Calendars can be shared directly from the Kyrios mobile app.
Steps
Open the Kyrios mobile app.
Tap Calendars.
Open the calendar you want to share.
Tap the Share icon.
Choose Scheduling Link or One-Time Link.
Tap Share to copy or send the link.

Common Issues and Fixes
Scheduling link changed unexpectedly
This happens when the calendar slug is updated. Use the Permanent Link if a fixed URL is required.One-Time Link shows expired
The link has already been used. Generate a new One-Time Link.Calendar not visible on page
Confirm the calendar element is selected and assigned correctly in the page editor.
