Kyrios allows you to redirect users to a specific page after booking an appointment by configuring a Next Page redirect from calendar settings or within funnels and websites.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this guide if you want to send users to a thank-you page, payment page, or next funnel step after they book an appointment using a Kyrios calendar.

What the Next Page Redirect Does

The Next Page redirect controls what happens after an appointment is successfully booked.

You can:

  • Show a default confirmation message

  • Redirect users to a custom URL

  • Send users to the next step in a funnel

This behavior is controlled from calendar settings and respected when the calendar is embedded in funnels or websites.

Access Calendar Settings

  1. Go to Calendars in the left navigation.

  2. Locate the calendar you want to edit.

  3. Click the Pencil (Edit) icon under the Actions column.

Configure the Next Page Redirect from Calendar Settings

Open Forms & Payment

  1. Inside the calendar editor, select Forms & Payment from the left sidebar.

Set the Confirmation Page Behavior

Under Confirmation page, choose how users proceed after booking:

  • Default – Shows the built-in confirmation message

  • Redirect URL – Sends users to a custom page

Add a Redirect URL

  1. Select Redirect URL.

  2. Enter the full URL of the page users should visit next.

    • This can be a funnel step

    • A thank-you page

    • A payment or checkout page

  3. Save the calendar.

Use the Calendar Redirect Inside Funnels or Websites

When a calendar is placed inside a funnel or website, it follows the redirect rules set in the calendar.

Verify Calendar Button Action in Funnel Builder

  1. Open the funnel or website editor.

  2. Click the Calendar element.

  3. Open the General tab.

  4. Scroll to Button Actions.

  5. Ensure Use action from calendar builder is selected.

This ensures the calendar redirect behavior is respected.

Optional: Override Redirect Behavior in Funnels

If needed, funnel steps can override the calendar’s default behavior.

Available options:

  • Go to website URL

  • Go to next step

Use this only if you want funnel-specific behavior.

Preview the Calendar Experience

Always preview the funnel or website to confirm:

  • Appointment booking completes successfully

  • Users are redirected to the intended page

Common Issues and Fixes

  • Redirect not working
Ensure the calendar is saved and Use action from calendar builder is selected.

  • Users still see confirmation message
Confirm Redirect URL is selected instead of Default.

  • Wrong page opens after booking
Check for funnel-level overrides in Button Actions.
