Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this feature if outbound calls are labeled as “Spam Likely” or have low answer rates. This feature is available only to U.S.-based accounts.
Step 1: Open Voice Integrity
Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers > Trust Center > Voice Integrity.
Step 2: Complete Registration Details
Provide the required business and use case information, then submit the application.
After Submission
Applications are typically processed within 2 business days.
Status updates are available under Submitted Applications.
Common Issues and Fixes
Application Not Approved
Business information does not match Trust Center records.
Use case description is incomplete.
