Important Relationship to A2P Registration
If your account is already approved for A2P SMS, your phone numbers are automatically registered for SHAKEN/STIR.
Manual registration is only required if A2P has not been completed.
How to Register for SHAKEN/STIR (Voice)
Step 1: Open the Trust Center
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Phone Numbers > Trust Center.
Select Shaken/STIR (Voice).
Click Start Registration.
Step 2: Complete Business Details
Enter the exact legal business information used in government records.
Legal Business Name
Business Type
Business Registration ID (EIN for US businesses)
Business Industry
Business Email
Website URL
Step 3: Enter Business Address
All fields must match official tax or registration documents.
Country
State / Province
Street Address
City
Postal / ZIP Code
Step 4: Add Authorized Representative
The authorized representative must be a real individual associated with the business.

Step 5: Confirm and Submit Registration
Enter a SHAKEN/STIR Friendly Name.
Acknowledge the certification statement.
Submit the registration.
All existing and future numbers will be linked automatically.
After Submission
You will see a success confirmation.
Approval may take up to 4 days.
Once approved, SHAKEN/STIR applies automatically to all numbers.
