Prerequisite: Connect TikTok Messaging to Kyrios
TikTok automations only work after the TikTok Messaging integration is connected to the Kyrios sub-account.
How to Connect TikTok Messaging
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Locate TikTok Messaging.
Click Connect and follow the authorization prompts.
Confirm the TikTok business account is linked.
Once connected, TikTok DMs and comments appear in the Kyrios Conversation Inbox.
