Prerequisites
Before using this trigger, make sure the following requirements are met:
Your Kyrios account is connected to Facebook and Instagram.
Your Instagram account is connected to a Facebook Page.
The Instagram – User Comments On A Post trigger is available in Workflows.
Connect Your Instagram Account
Go to Settings in Kyrios.
Open Integrations.
Locate Facebook & Instagram and click Connect.
Follow the on-screen steps to authorize your Facebook Page and linked Instagram account.
Add the Instagram Comment Trigger
Create a new workflow or open an existing one.
Click Add Trigger.
Select Instagram – Comment(s) on a Post.
Enter a clear Workflow Trigger Name.
Configure Trigger Filters
Filters control which comments will activate your workflow.
Step 1: Select the Instagram Page
In Page Is, select the Instagram Page associated with the post.
Step 2: Choose Post Type
You can target comments from either published posts or a specific post.
Published Post
Set Post Type is to Published Post.
Select the post from the dropdown list.
Click View on Instagram to open the post in a new tab.
Custom Post
Set Post Type is to Custom.
In Post is, paste the Instagram post URL or post ID.
Use View on Instagram to verify the post.
Step 3: Define Comment Matching Rules
Choose how comments should be matched before triggering the workflow:
Contains Phrase – Triggers when a comment includes one or more keywords.
Exact Match – Triggers only when the comment exactly matches the entered text.
You can add multiple phrases by pressing Enter after each one.
Step 4: Track First-Level Comments Only (Optional)
Enable Track First Level Comments Only to:
Respond only to direct comments on the post.
Ignore replies within existing comment threads.
Save and Test the Workflow
Click Save Trigger.
Use Test Workflow to simulate a real comment.
Post a test comment on Instagram and confirm the workflow runs as expected.

How the Message Appears on Instagram
When the workflow runs, the user receives an interactive message in Instagram with action buttons.
Important Notes
Page Is must always be selected first.
Interactive Messenger actions support up to 3 buttons.
No actions can be added after a Call button.
A default wait time of 10 seconds is added automatically and can be edited.
If no button is clicked, the contact moves to the Default Timeout branch.
Reply-to-DM actions check for recent conversations before sending messages.
