Kyrios updates the Valid WhatsApp field automatically based on WhatsApp activity and message delivery results.
A WhatsApp message is successfully delivered: The contact is marked Is Valid.
A WhatsApp message fails to deliver or encounters a Meta-related delivery issue: The contact is marked Is Invalid.
The contact sends an inbound WhatsApp message: The contact is marked Is Valid.
There has been no WhatsApp conversation with the contact: The contact remains Is Not Validated until Kyrios receives information that allows the number to be validated.
The field does not require manual maintenance.
How to Add the Valid WhatsApp Column to Contacts
Adding the Valid WhatsApp column lets you see each contact's WhatsApp status directly from the Contacts table.
Go to Contacts and open Smart Lists.

3. Find Valid WhatsApp in the column list.
4. Select the checkbox next to Valid WhatsApp.

Set the first condition to Valid WhatsApp: Is Valid.
Add an OR condition.
Set the second condition to Valid WhatsApp: Is not validated.

Click Save as smart list.
Enter a name for the Smart List.

includes confirmed valid contacts and contacts that have not yet been validated, while excluding contacts already identified as invalid.

A Smart List based on Valid WhatsApp status can be used to segment contacts before sending WhatsApp communications. Because Smart Lists update dynamically, contacts can enter or leave the list as their Valid WhatsApp status changes.
