What Is Entity History in Listings?

Entity History provides an audit trail for listing records so users can review listing changes in Kyrios Audit Logs.

What Entity History Tracks

Entity History records listing-related changes inside Audit Logs.

Each log can include:

  • Listing entity ID

  • User or system source

  • Timestamp

  • Action type

  • Before-and-after data when available

Entity History helps teams verify what changed, when it changed, and who or what caused the change.

Entity History Features

Augmented Audit Details

Entity History can capture detailed listing audit data, including user ID, timestamp, entity ID, action type, and before-and-after values when available.

User Attribution

Entity History identifies whether a change was made by a user or by a system-generated process. User-made changes are tied to user attribution when available.

Listing Change Timeline

Entity History allows teams to review listing changes over time from Audit Logs.

This helps teams understand how a listing record changed across edits, deletions, or automated updates.

Compliance and Internal Review

Entity History supports internal review by keeping a visible record of listing activity.

Only users with access to Audit Logs can view these records.
