Audit Logs in Funnels, Websites, Webinars & Stores

Audit Logs show user activity and asset changes for Funnels, Websites, Webinars, and Stores so teams can review what changed, who changed it, and when it happened.

What Audit Logs Track

Audit Logs capture supported user actions across Funnels, Websites, Webinars, and Stores.

Each log entry may include:

  • Asset name

  • Asset ID or document ID

  • Module

  • Action type

  • User who performed the action

  • Date and time

Audit Logs help identify what changed, when it changed, and who made the change.


How to Access Audit Logs

  1. Open your Kyrios account.

  2. In the left menu, click Settings.

  3. In the Settings menu, click Audit Logs.

Audit Logs are located inside Settings and are reviewed from the account-level Audit Logs page.


How to Filter Audit Logs

Use filters at the top of the Audit Logs page to narrow the results. You can filter by:

  • Document ID

  • User

  • Module

  • Action

  • Date range

The Module filter lets you select areas such as Funnels, Websites, Webinars, or Stores. The Action filter helps you isolate events such as created, updated, deleted, restored, tag added, or tag removed.


Audit Log Results

Audit Log results display matching activity in a table. Each row shows the asset or record name, module, action, user, and date/time.

Use the eye icon on the right side of a row to view more details for a specific log entry.


Supported Modules

Audit Logs are available for:

  • Funnels

  • Websites

  • Webinars

  • Stores

Each module has its own activity history so users can review changes within the correct area.


Common Tracked Actions

Audit Logs can show actions such as:

  • Folder deleted

  • Moved to folder

  • Funnel deleted

  • Funnel settings changed

  • Funnel settings changed with domain removed

  • Step edited

  • Step reordered

  • Step deleted

  • Step variation restored

  • Step variation deleted

  • Split test winner selected

  • Stats reset

  • Page edited

Available actions may vary by module.


Deleted Page Builder Assets

Audit Logs record deleted entries when key saved Page Builder assets are removed in Funnels, Websites, Stores, or Webinars. Covered assets include:

  • Section Templates

  • Global Sections

  • Universal Sections

  • Element Templates

  • Universal Element Templates

Deleted asset logs include the asset name and asset ID.


Data Retention

Audit Logs are retained for a rolling 60-day period. Logs older than 60 days are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. For long-term compliance or internal review, record or export important activity before it expires.


Common Issues and Fixes

I cannot find an older log entry

Audit Logs only retain records for 60 days. If the activity happened more than 60 days ago, it is no longer available.

I see too many results

Use the module, action, user, and date range filters to narrow the results.

I cannot find a deleted asset

Filter by the correct module and choose a deleted action type. Also confirm the deletion happened within the last 60 days.

Can I export Audit Logs?

Yes. You can export Audit Logs to CSV from the Audit Logs page when the export option is available.

How long are Audit Logs stored?

Audit Logs are stored for 60 days and then automatically removed.

Can I search Audit Logs by user?

Yes. Use the Select users filter at the top of the Audit Logs page to filter activity by user.

Do deleted funnels or steps appear in Audit Logs?

Yes. Supported deletion events, including funnel and step deletions, appear in Audit Logs when they occurred within the 60-day retention period.
