What Manual Reviews Are
Manual Reviews let you add customer feedback directly into Reputation → Reviews. Manual Reviews can be added one at a time or imported in bulk with a CSV file. After they are added, Manual Reviews can appear in the Reviews list and can be used in Review Widgets.
How to Open Manual Reviews
Go to Reputation → Reviews.
Click Add Reviews.
The Add Reviews window opens with two options:

Upload CSV
How to Add a Manual Review
Select Add Manually.
Enter the review details. Required and optional fields may include:
Rating
Testimonial
Profile picture
Customer name
Date of the review
Platform
Photo attachments
Click Submit Review.
The review is added to Reputation → Reviews.
How to Bulk Import Reviews with CSV
Go to Reputation → Reviews.
Click Add Reviews.
Select Upload CSV.
Click Download CSV Template.
Prepare the CSV file using the template. The CSV file must follow the template column names. Maximum CSV file size: 5 MB. Select a platform, then upload the CSV file.
Click Upload Reviews.
Kyrios imports the reviews from the CSV file.
How to Show Manual Reviews in a Widget
Go to Reputation → Widgets. Create a new widget or select an existing widget.
In the widget editor, use Review Source to choose which review source the widget should display.
Choose a Widget Type and adjust display settings such as maximum reviews and minimum rating.
Save the widget when finished.
Common Issues and Fixes
Manual reviews are not showing in the widget
Check the widget’s Review Source setting. Select the manual review source or custom platform source that contains the reviews.
CSV upload fails
Use the downloaded CSV template and keep the file size at 5 MB or smaller. Do not rename template columns.
A manual review is missing required information
Open Add Manually and complete all required fields marked with an asterisk.
The widget shows too few reviews
Check the widget’s maximum review count and minimum rating settings.

Do manual reviews affect AI Summaries?
Yes. Manual Reviews can be included in AI Summaries when they are part of the review data available in Reputation.
Can I add a custom platform or source?
Yes. You can select an existing platform, create a custom platform, or use No Platform when adding a manual review.
Where do manual reviews appear?
Manual Reviews appear in Reputation → Reviews.
Can manual reviews be shown in widgets?
Yes. Manual Reviews can be displayed in Review Widgets.
Is there a bulk import option?
Yes. Use Upload CSV in the Add Reviews window.
What fields are available for manual reviews?
Manual review fields can include customer name, rating, testimonial, date, platform, profile picture, and photo attachments.
Can I filter by manual reviews only?
Yes. Use the Source filter in Reputation → Reviews and select the manual review source.
