Before You Begin
You must have access to Reputation inside your account.
Reviews must already exist from Google Business Profile and/or Facebook.
Your Funnel or Website must be editable.
Part 1: Creating and Customizing a Review Widget
Step 1: Open the Review Widgets Area
Navigate to Reputation from the left-side menu.
Click Widgets.
This opens the widget management panel, where you can create or edit widgets.
Step 2: Create a New Widget
Click Create New.
Choose a blank widget or a template.
This opens the widget editor.
Step 3: Configure AI Review Summary
Use AI Review Summary to control how reviews are summarized.
Available summary types:
Short Summary – 1–2 sentence overview
Detailed Summary – 3–4 sentence summary
Action Points – Bullet-point insights
Each summary type updates automatically based on review content.
Step 4: Configure Layout Settings
Under Layout:
Select the widget type.
Choose review sources:
Google Business Profile
Facebook
Set the maximum number of reviews.
Toggle Powered by branding on or off.
Step 5: Configure Content Settings
Under Content:
Add a widget title.
Add a widget description.
Enable or disable:
Star rating
Total review count
“Write a review” button
Step 6: Configure Appearance
Under Appearance:
Choose a theme:
Light
Dark
Custom
For Custom themes, adjust:
Heading colors
Review text colors
Star colors
Background colors
Step 7: Configure Widget Settings
Under Settings:
Enable or disable review date display.
Enable or disable platform icons.
Exclude reviews without descriptions.
You can also generate embed code for external websites.
Step 8: Save the Widget
Click Save.
Name the widget for internal reference.
Widgets can be deleted later using the three-dot menu.
Part 2: Adding the Review Widget to a Funnel or Website
Step 1: Open the Funnel or Website Editor
Navigate to the Funnel or Website.
Select the page where reviews should appear.
Click Edit.
Step 2: Add a New Section
Add a Section, Row, and Column.
Click the + icon to add an element.
Step 3: Locate Custom Elements
Scroll to Custom Elements in the element picker.
Step 4: Add the Review Element
Drag and drop the Review element into the column.
Select the previously created Review Widget.
Step 5: Adjust Element Settings
Once added, element-level controls become available.
Use General to control content and behavior.
Use Styles to adjust layout and spacing.
Where Review Widgets Typically Appear
Review Widgets are commonly placed:
Above checkout sections
Near order summaries
