What the Review Widget Looks Like
The Review Widget displays customer testimonials with star ratings, review counts, and optional pagination.
Creating a Review Widget
Navigate to Reputation in the left sidebar.
Click Widgets.
In the Saved Widgets panel, click Create new.
Customizing the Review Widget
Each Review Widget is configured using four tabs: Layout, Content, Appearance, and Settings. Each tab controls a specific aspect of the widget.
Configuring AI Review Summary
Enable AI Summary.
Choose a Summary Type:
Short: 1–2 sentence overview
Detailed: 3–4 sentence summary
Action Points: Bullet-point takeaways
Choose the Summary Position (for example, Top).
Layout Settings
Use Layout settings to control how reviews are sourced and displayed.
You can:
Select review sources (Google pages, Facebook pages, or both)
Choose a widget type (List, Grid, Masonry, Carousel, Slider, Flash, or Legacy)
Set the maximum number of reviews
Filter reviews by minimum rating
Content Settings
Use Content settings to control text and header elements.
You can:
Set a Widget Title and Description
Show or hide the header
Enable or disable:
Star rating
Total review count
Write a review button
Appearance Settings
Use Appearance settings to control branding and visual style.
You can:
Select a theme: Light, Dark, or Custom
Choose a font
Customize colors for:
Widget background
Review cards
Star ratings
Borders and text
Settings and Embed Code
Use Settings to control review visibility and generate embed code.
You can:
Enable or disable the review date
Enable or disable reviewer icons
Exclude reviews without descriptions
Copy the Embed Code for use on external websites
Saving or Deleting a Review Widget
Click Save.
Give the widget a name for internal reference.
To delete a widget:
Click the three-dot menu on the widget.
Select Delete.
Adding the Review Widget to a Funnel or Website
The process is the same for funnels and websites.
Open the funnel or website page in the builder.
Click the + icon to add an element.
Select Elements.
Drag and drop the Reviews element onto the page.
Save the page.
FAQ
Can I display reviews from both Google and Facebook?
Yes. You can select Google pages, Facebook pages, or both as review sources when configuring the widget.
Can I exclude certain reviews from appearing?
Yes. In Settings, you can exclude reviews that do not contain a description.
How do I generate the embed code for the Review Widget?
Open the widget Settings, copy the embed code, and paste it into an HTML element on your website.
What appearance themes are available?
You can choose Light, Dark, or Custom themes. The Custom theme allows full color customization.
How do I delete a Review Widget?
Click the three-dot menu on the widget and select Delete.
Can I preview the Review Widget before adding it to my site?
Yes. The widget preview updates in real time while you configure it.
