Capture Leads with Forms and Webchat

Capture new leads so every inquiry is stored, visible, and ready for follow-up.

Forms and webchat are how new people enter your system.

When someone reaches out, their information is captured and stored automatically.

Why this matters

Leads usually come in like this:

  • A website message

  • A form fill

  • A chat

  • A quick request for info

And then…

  • It gets missed

  • It gets buried

  • It gets forgotten

Not because you don’t care. Because there’s no system holding it together.

Kyrios fixes that. Every submission becomes a contact and shows up in your system.

What you will do

You will:

  1. Use a form or webchat to capture a lead

  2. Understand where that lead goes

  3. Know what happens next

You do not need to build anything advanced.

Use a form to capture a lead

A form collects information like:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Message

When someone submits a form:

  • A contact is created or updated

  • Their information is stored

  • Their activity is recorded

  1. Click Sites

  2. Click Forms > Builder

  3. Click Create Form

  4. You can choose Start from Scratch or From Templates. To keep it simple initially, choose From Templates.

Kyrios has hundreds of templates to choose from.

  5. Once you choose a template, you can use the drag-and-drop builder to make sure it has whatever information you need to collect.

Now you have a form ready for installation on your website or funnel.

Click Integrate to see options on how to add the form.

NOTE: If you are building websites or funnels inside Kyrios, there is no need to use the integrate option in the form builder, simply drag the form widget into the website or funnel builder to place your form.

Use webchat for real-time inquiries

Webchat allows someone to message you directly from your site.

When someone sends a message:

  • It appears in Conversations

  • It is tied to a contact

  • You can reply immediately

This keeps communication in one place.

What happens after submission

This part matters.

Forms and webchat capture information. They do not automatically take action.

That means:

  • No follow-up is sent unless a workflow is active

  • No automation runs unless it is configured

The system captures. Workflows decide what happens next.

What happens next

Once a lead is captured:

  • A contact is created or updated

  • A conversation may begin

  • You can respond directly from Conversations

  • The lead is now visible and trackable

Nothing is lost.

Where to look

You’ll see new leads in:

  • Contacts (new or updated contact)

  • Conversations (if a message was sent)

This is where you respond and continue the interaction.

You can also see any form submissions by going to Sites > Forms > Submissions

Helpful resources (optional)

Keep this tight and relevant:

What to ignore for now

You do not need:

  • conditional logic

  • payments

  • calculations

  • advanced styling

  • attribution tracking

Those can come later.

Right now, you just need a way for people to reach you and a place for that information to go.

Important note

Capturing a lead is only the first step. If you want automatic follow-up, you’ll use workflows.

You’ll get to that in the next steps.

Make sure you have at least one way for people to reach you.

Submit a test form. Send yourself a message. Watch it appear in the system.

That’s when it clicks.
