Open the Forms Area
To open the Forms area:
Log in to Kyrios.
Select the correct account.
Click Sites in the left menu.
Click Forms in the top navigation.
Click + Add Form.
Create a New Form
After clicking + Add Form, Kyrios opens the Create New Form window.
Choose one option:
Select Start from Scratch to build a blank form.
Select From templates to use a prebuilt form design.
Click Create.
Choose a Contact Form Template
If you choose From templates, Kyrios opens the Template Library. Use the search bar to search for Contact. Select a contact form template that matches your use case.
Review the Form Builder
After creating or selecting a form, Kyrios opens the form builder. The left panel contains form elements. The center canvas shows the form layout. The top-right area includes Preview, Integrate, and Save. Use this screen to add, remove, reorder, and edit form fields.
Reorder Form Fields
To move a field, drag it to the correct position in the form. Kyrios supports smoother drag movement, visual shadow feedback, and automatic scrolling in longer forms. This helps you move fields higher or lower without manually scrolling first.
Add a Query Field
Use a Multi-Line field when you want visitors to submit a longer message or question. To add a query field:
In the left Form Element panel, scroll to Text.
Drag Multi Line into the form.
Place it where the query field should appear.
Rename the Query Field
After adding the Multi Line field, use the right-side settings panel to rename it.
Recommended settings:
Set Label to Your Query.
Set Query Key to a clear value such as your_query.
Enable Required if visitors must complete the field before submitting the form.
Rename and Save the Form
Use the form title at the top of the builder to rename the form. Example form name: Contact form for main website. Click Save after updating the form name or field settings.
Configure Form Notifications
Use form notifications to control email alerts and confirmation messages.
To configure notifications:
Click the notification icon.
Enable Email Notification to receive an email when someone submits the form.
Enable Auto Responder to send a confirmation email to the person who submitted the form.
Click Save.
Customize the Form Design
Use the style settings to control how the form looks.To customize the form design:
Click the style/settings icon.
Open the Styles tab.
Adjust layout, input style, width, spacing, label alignment, padding, and related design settings.
Configure the Submission Action
Use the Options tab to choose what happens after a visitor submits the form.
Available submission actions may include:
Show a message.
Open a URL.
Show an order confirmation.
Embed or Share the Form
Click Integrate to open the form integration settings.
From the Integrate Form window, you can:
Select an embed layout type.
Choose trigger settings.
Click Copy embed code to embed the form on a website or funnel.
Click the Copy form link to share the form directly.
Click the Open form link to view the public form.
Common Issues and Fixes
I cannot find the Forms tab
Click Sites in the left menu first. The Forms tab appears in the top Sites navigation.
I cannot find contact form templates
Choose from templates, then search for Contact in the Template Library search field.
I am not receiving form submission emails
Open Form notification, enable Email Notification, and click Save.
Visitors are not seeing the expected thank-you message
Open the style/settings panel, go to Options, and update the submission action or message.

Can I create a contact form from scratch?
