Who this is for / when to use
This article is for users running Facebook Lead Ads who want to ensure all lead data flows correctly into Kyrios without missing or mismatched fields.
Why Facebook form field mapping is required
Facebook Lead Forms must be mapped so Kyrios knows exactly where each submitted field should be stored. If a form is not mapped or is mapped incorrectly, leads from that form will not sync into Kyrios.
Unmapped or mismatched fields result in missing lead data and failed contact creation.
Before you start
The Facebook Page associated with the Lead Form must already be connected to Kyrios.
Go to Settings → Integrations
Confirm the Facebook integration shows as Connected

Once confirmed, new leads from this form will sync correctly into Kyrios.
Standard fields vs custom fields

Custom fields
Custom fields are required for non-standard or business-specific questions.

Custom fields must be created in Kyrios before they can be selected during mapping.
