Who this is for / when to use

This article is for users running Facebook Lead Ads who want to ensure all lead data flows correctly into Kyrios without missing or mismatched fields.

Why Facebook form field mapping is required

Facebook Lead Forms must be mapped so Kyrios knows exactly where each submitted field should be stored. If a form is not mapped or is mapped incorrectly, leads from that form will not sync into Kyrios.

Unmapped or mismatched fields result in missing lead data and failed contact creation.

Before you start

The Facebook Page associated with the Lead Form must already be connected to Kyrios.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Confirm the Facebook integration shows as Connected

Step-by-step: Map Facebook Lead Form fields

Step 1: Open Facebook Form Fields Mapping

Navigate to the Facebook form mapping area.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook Form Fields Mapping

  2. View the list of available Facebook Lead Forms

Step 2: Select the form to map

Choose the Facebook Lead Form you want to configure.

  1. Locate the form in the list

  2. Click Map Fields next to the form

Step 3: Map Facebook fields to Kyrios fields

Assign each Facebook field to the correct Kyrios contact field.

  • Facebook form fields appear on the left

  • Kyrios fields appear on the right

  • Standard fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone) are auto-mapped

  • Non-standard field names must be mapped manually using the dropdown

Step 4: Confirm the mapping

Save the field configuration.

  1. Review all mapped fields

  2. Click Confirm to save

Once confirmed, new leads from this form will sync correctly into Kyrios.

Standard fields vs custom fields

Standard fields

Standard fields are automatically recognized by Kyrios.

Examples include:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Company

Custom fields

Custom fields are required for non-standard or business-specific questions.

Examples include:

  • Favorite product

  • Budget range

  • Preferred contact time

Custom fields must be created in Kyrios before they can be selected during mapping.

Common issues and fixes

Leads are not syncing into Kyrios

Verify that the Facebook Lead Form is mapped and confirmed. Unmapped forms do not sync any data.

A field does not appear in the dropdown

Ensure the corresponding Custom Field exists in Kyrios.

Data is appearing in the wrong field

Review the mapping and correct any mismatched field selections, then re-confirm.

Pro tips for efficient field mapping

  • Map fields immediately when launching a new Facebook Lead Form

  • Always create custom fields before mapping non-standard questions

  • Review mappings periodically if forms are edited in Facebook

  • Use consistent field naming conventions across campaigns
