How to Integrate Your Facebook Account

Connect your Facebook account to Kyrios to sync Facebook Lead Ads, map lead form fields, and trigger workflows when a lead form is submitted.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this guide if you:

  • Run Facebook Lead Ads

  • Want Facebook leads to sync into Kyrios

  • Need workflows to trigger when a Facebook form is submitted


What You Will Need

  • A Facebook account with access to your Facebook Pages and Lead Ads


Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Account

  1. Go to Settings (bottom-left corner).

  2. Navigate to Integrations → Facebook.

  3. Click Connect.

  4. Follow the Facebook authorization steps to allow permissions and access.

Important Notes About Permissions

  • You only need to connect your Facebook credentials once

  • Allow all permissions requested

  • Allow all pages during the connection process

This is required for lead syncing to work correctly.

Disconnecting Facebook

To disconnect your Facebook account:

  1. Open the three-dot menu on the Facebook integration card.

  2. Click Disconnect.


Step 2: Review and Map Facebook Lead Ads Forms

After your Facebook account is connected:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook Form Fields Mapping.

  2. Review your available Facebook Lead Ads forms.

  3. Click Map Fields.

  4. Map Facebook form fields to Kyrios fields.

  5. Click Update to save.


Step 3: Create Facebook Lead Triggers in Workflows

Once Facebook is integrated, you can trigger workflows when a lead form is submitted.

  1. Go to Automation → Workflows.

  2. Click Create Workflow.

  1. Add a trigger.

  2. Select Facebook lead form submitted.

  3. Configure page and form filters as needed.

  4. Save the trigger.


Admin Notifications for Broken Connections

If a Facebook Page connection breaks or expires:

  • The admin receives an email notification

  • The email includes the affected account details

  • Reconnection is required to restore syncing


Troubleshooting

Forms Not Mapped

If Facebook forms are not mapped:

  • A warning icon appears

  • Clicking it redirects you to Facebook Form Fields Mapping

Missing Permissions

If required permissions are missing:

  • A warning icon is displayed

  • You can view a list of disabled permissions

  • Click Reconnect to re-authenticate and grant access


Missing Pages

If some Facebook Pages are not visible:

  • A message appears indicating missing pages

  • A link to Facebook support documentation is provided


Sync Leads Feature

You can manually sync unprocessed Facebook leads.

  1. Open Leads are not syncing automatically.

  2. Select a date range.

  3. Click Sync Leads.

Before syncing:

  • A confirmation modal explains what will happen

  • The action applies only to mapped forms

  • Existing contacts are not changed
