Who this is for / When to use
This guide is for Kyrios users who are running Facebook Lead Ads and notice that leads are missing, forms are outdated, field mappings are incorrect, or registration page submissions are not syncing properly.
Why only old Facebook forms appear in Kyrios
Old forms appear when the Facebook integration is using cached or outdated form data.
To fix this:
Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
Click the three-dot menu and select Disconnect.
Reconnect the Facebook account and page.
After reconnection, return to Sites → Forms and verify the latest Facebook forms are listed.
Why leads from a registration page are not being counted
Registration page leads are not recorded when the Facebook Lead Ad form is not mapped correctly to the Kyrios form.
To resolve this:
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Facebook Form Field Mapping.
Locate the relevant Facebook form.
Click Edit Fields next to the form.
Ensure each Facebook field is mapped to the correct Kyrios contact field.
Save the mapping and submit a test lead.
Why verified Facebook forms are still not capturing leads
Verified forms may stop capturing leads if permissions expire or the connection becomes stale.
Fix this by:
Going to Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
Confirming the connection status shows Connection Active.
Ensuring all requested permissions are granted.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the Facebook integration to refresh access.
Submitting a new test lead from Facebook.
How to resolve lead count discrepancies between Facebook and Kyrios
Lead discrepancies occur when syncing is interrupted or permissions are partially revoked.
To resolve this:
Open Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
Verify the correct Facebook ad account and pages are selected.
Disconnect and reconnect the integration to force a full resync.
Compare new incoming leads instead of historical totals.
What to do after a Facebook password change or account issue
Facebook security changes invalidate existing API tokens, which stops lead syncing.
To restore syncing:
Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
Disconnect the affected Facebook account.
Reconnect and reauthorize permissions.
Confirm new leads are appearing in Kyrios.
This reconnection step is required any time the Facebook password is changed or the account is locked and recovered.
