Facebook and TikTok Form Fields Mapping ensures that lead data collected from forms on those platforms is correctly stored in the corresponding fields in Kyrios.

Updated over 3 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this article if:

  • Leads from Facebook or TikTok are missing information

  • Form fields (such as phone or email) are not appearing correctly

  • You want to control how external form data is stored in Kyrios

  • You have already connected Facebook/Instagram or TikTok Lead Ads

What Form Fields Mapping Is

Form Fields Mapping allows you to align:

  • Fields from Facebook Lead Forms

  • Fields from TikTok Lead Forms

with matching fields in Kyrios (for example, name, phone number, email).

This ensures lead data is captured accurately and consistently.

Platforms That Support Field Mapping

Form Fields Mapping is available for:

  • Facebook Lead Forms

  • TikTok Lead Forms

Other integrations do not use this mapping system.

When Mapping Is Required

Field mapping is required when:

  • A form uses custom or non-standard field labels

  • Multiple fields exist for similar data (for example, “Phone” and “Mobile”)

  • Leads are missing expected data after connection

If mapping is not configured, Kyrios may not know where to store certain form responses.

Access Form Fields Mapping

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click Integrations.

  3. Open Facebook/Instagram or TikTok Lead Ads.

  4. Select Form Fields Mapping.

How to Map Form Fields

Step 1: Select the Platform and Form

  1. Choose Facebook or TikTok.

  2. Select the specific lead form you want to map.

Each form is mapped independently.

Step 2: Match External Fields to Kyrios Fields

For each external form field:

  1. Review the field name from Facebook or TikTok.

  2. Select the corresponding Kyrios field (for example, Email, Phone, First Name).

  3. Repeat until all required fields are mapped.

Step 3: Save the Mapping

  1. Confirm all required fields are mapped.

  2. Save your changes.

New leads submitted after saving will follow the updated mapping rules.

Supported Field Types

Common fields that can be mapped include:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Custom questions from the form

Availability depends on the form configuration on Facebook or TikTok.

How Mapping Affects Lead Data

After mapping is complete:

  • New leads are stored in the correct Kyrios fields

  • Automations and workflows can trigger reliably

  • Reporting and filtering become more accurate

Mapping does not retroactively update existing leads.

Common Issues and Fixes

Leads Are Missing Phone or Email

Cause: Field mapping is incomplete or incorrect.
Fix: Review the mapping and ensure each external field is mapped to the correct Kyrios field.

Data Appears in the Wrong Field

Cause: A field was mapped to the wrong Kyrios field.
Fix: Update the mapping and save changes. New leads will follow the corrected mapping.

Form Does Not Appear in Mapping

Cause: The form has not received any submissions yet or permissions were not granted.
Fix: Submit a test lead on the platform and refresh the mapping view.

Important Notes

  • Mapping changes apply only to new leads

  • Each lead form must be mapped separately

  • Deleting a form on the platform may require remapping

What to Do Next

After mapping form fields, you can:

  • Build automations triggered by incoming leads

  • Review lead data for accuracy

  • Continue connecting other integrations
