Who This Is For / When to Use
Use the Template Library if you want to:
Launch a form quickly without building from scratch.
Use proven layouts for common use cases like contact forms or registrations.
Maintain consistent branding across multiple forms.
Customize a prebuilt form instead of designing everything manually.
Accessing the Template Library
Go to Sites > Forms.
Click Add Form.
In the Create New Form modal, select From templates.
Click Create.
Browsing and Filtering Templates
The Template Library opens with a full gallery of available templates.
You can:
Search templates by name.
Sort templates (for example, Most Popular).
Filter by business category or tag.
View All Templates, My Templates, Shared with Me, or Favorites.
Templates are visually previewed so you can quickly identify the best fit.
Selecting a Template
Hover over the template you want to use.
Click Select.
Review the template details, including:
Category
Tags
Description
Use case benefits
Click Continue.
Editing the Template
After clicking Continue, the form opens in the Form Builder.
You can:
Add or remove fields.
Change field labels and requirements.
Adjust layout, spacing, and styling.
Add branding, colors, header images, or background images.
Configure integrations and embed options.
All template elements are fully editable.
Saving the Form
Review the form layout and content.
Click Save.
The form is now available in your Forms list and ready to use or embed.
Common Issues and Fixes
I don’t see the template I want
Use category filters or search by keyword.
Check Show More under categories to reveal additional options.
The template doesn’t fully match my needs
Templates are starting points.
Edit fields, layout, and styling in the builder to customize the form.
I accidentally started from scratch instead of using a template
Exit the builder.
Click Add Form again and select From templates.
