This feature is for account users who:
Want to create surveys faster without starting from scratch.

Use the Template Library when speed, consistency, and structure are important.
Accessing the Survey Builder
Navigate to Sites > Surveys.
Click + Add Survey.
Opening the Template Library
After clicking + Add Survey:
Select From templates.
Click Create.
Browsing and Selecting a Template
The Template Library includes categorized, pre-built surveys.
Browse templates or use filters and search.
Click a template to preview it.
Click Continue to use the selected template.
Editing a Survey Template
Once the template loads in the builder, you can fully customize it.
Adding New Elements
Click the + icon in the left panel.
Add elements or custom fields as needed.
Editing Fields
Click any field to edit:
Field label
Placeholder text
Query key
Required or hidden settings
Managing Slides and Layout
Surveys use slides to organize questions.
Click the three-dot menu on a slide.
Select Settings to adjust slide behavior or order.
Saving Your Survey
When editing is complete:
Click Save to store your survey.
Sharing or Embedding Your Survey
After saving:
Click Integrate.
Choose to copy the survey link or iframe embed code.
Understanding Surveys vs. Forms
Surveys differ from forms in one key way:
Surveys support conditional logic.
Forms do not support conditional logic.
Choose surveys when responses should dynamically change the flow or questions.
