Overview of the Surveys Feature
Kyrios surveys allow you to collect information and qualify contacts using logic-based questions.
You can access surveys from Surveys, which contains three tabs:
Builder – Create, edit, and manage surveys
Analyze – View submission counts and performance graphs
Submissions – Review and export individual responses
Step 1: Create a New Survey
Go to Surveys → Builder
Click + Add Survey
Choose Start from Scratch or From Templates
Click Create
Step 2: Rename the Survey
Open the survey in the builder
Click the pencil icon next to the survey name
Enter a new name
Step 3: Add Survey Elements
Open the Elements Panel
Click the + icon on the left side
The Form Element panel opens with available fields
Add Standard Fields
From Quick Add, drag and drop fields such as:
Full Name
First Name / Last Name
Phone
Email
Address
Button
Add Multiple Slides
Surveys can contain multiple slides.
Scroll to the bottom of a slide
Click the + icon to add another slide
Add Images to Surveys
Add an Image element
Upload or select an image
Adjust alignment and size from the right panel
Step 4: Use Object Fields and Custom Fields
Add Object Fields
Open Add Object Fields
Choose the object (for example, Contact)
Drag fields into the survey
Remove Unneeded Fields
Click a field on the canvas
Click the X icon to remove it
Step 5: Style the Survey
Open Styles & Options
Click Styles & Options on the right side
Select Styles
Adjust Layout and Spacing
You can configure:
Layout type (Single Column, Two Column, Single Line)
Field width
Field spacing
Field Spacing Control
Use Field Spacing to adjust distance between fields.
Bubble Style for Radio Buttons
Select a Radio element
Go to Options
Enable Bubble style
Apply a Theme
Open Themes
Choose a prebuilt theme
The theme applies background, fonts, and button styles
Element-Level Label Alignment
Each field can override global label alignment.
Select a field
Choose Left, Right, Top, or Form Default
Step 6: Zero Padding Support
Surveys support true zero padding for precise layouts.
Go to Styles → Layout → Margin & Padding
Set top and bottom padding to 0px
Step 7: Add Survey Logic (Qualification)
Survey logic controls what happens based on answers.
Select a dropdown, radio, or checkbox field
Open Logic
Assign actions per option
Example actions:
Go to another slide
Disqualify immediately
Disqualify after submit
Step 8: Notification Settings
Enable notifications from the top toolbar.
Email Notification – Receive an email on submission
Auto Responder – Send a confirmation email to the contact
Step 9: On Submit Message Editor
You can customize what users see after submission.
Go to Settings → On Submit
Enable Message Styling
Customize text, colors, padding, and background blur
Step 10: Background and Header Images
Surveys support:
Full background images
Header images at the top of the survey
These are configured in Styles → Colors & Background.
Step 11: Integrate the Survey
Click Integrate
Choose Embed Code or Share Link
Copy the embed code or URL
Surveys can be embedded in websites, funnels, or shared via email/SMS.
Step 12: Save and Version History
Click Save to store changes
Use Version History to restore previous versions
Step 13: Terms & Conditions Fields
Surveys support multiple T&C checkboxes. Each checkbox can be edited individually with rich text formatting.
Step 14: Dropdown and Multi-Select Options
You can add and manage dropdown options:
Select the dropdown field
Go to Options
Click + Add Option
Step 15: Review Submissions
Open Submissions
Filter by date or survey
Search by email, phone, or name
Export submissions as needed
Step 16: “Other” Option in Surveys
When enabled, the Other option allows custom responses. User-entered values appear directly in submissions.
Step 17: Spread to Columns
Radio buttons and checkboxes can be displayed in columns.

Where do I access surveys in Kyrios?
Go to Surveys, then choose Builder, Analyze, or Submissions depending on your task.
What is the difference between a survey and a form?
Surveys support logic-based qualification, while forms are primarily for information collection.
Can I permanently edit standard fields?
No. Standard fields can only be customized per survey. System-wide changes are not supported.
Can surveys collect payments?
Yes. Surveys using one-question-at-a-time can include payment elements.
Can I restore an older version of a survey?
Yes. Use Version History to restore previous saved versions.
