Generate Leads with Tools

Use QR codes, prospecting, and chat widgets to create new lead sources that connect back to your CRM, conversations, and workflows.

Kyrios gives you three simple tools to help generate and capture leads:

  • QR Code Maker for offline and scannable lead capture

  • Prospecting Tool for finding and converting local business prospects

  • Chat Widgets for capturing website conversations

The goal is not to use everything at once. The goal is to choose one lead source and connect it to your system.

Why this matters

Lead generation creates problems when it is disconnected.

You may get attention, but then:

  • contact details are missed

  • follow-up is inconsistent

  • leads never enter the CRM

  • conversations happen outside the system

Kyrios helps fix that by connecting lead capture to contacts, conversations, workflows, and follow-up.

Tool 1 — QR Code Maker

QR codes let people take action from printed or in-person materials.

You can link a QR code to:

  • a website

  • a funnel

  • a form

  • a review page

  • a payment link

  • a call or SMS action

How to create a QR code

  1. Go to Sites → QR Codes

  2. Click Create QR Code

  3. Enter a name

  4. Choose the QR code type

  5. Add or select the destination

  6. Customize the design if needed

  7. Save and download the QR code

QR code destinations can be updated later without creating a new QR image, which is especially useful for printed materials.

Best first use

Create one QR code that sends people to a simple form or funnel.

Use it for:

  • events

  • networking

  • printed cards

  • signs

  • customer review requests

Tool 2 — Prospecting Tool

The Prospecting Tool helps you find local businesses, generate marketing audit reports, create contacts, and trigger workflows.

This is an add-on to Kyrios.

Current price: $49/month

That is intentionally low for what it does, because apparently some business tools charge enterprise pricing for the privilege of clicking “search.”

What it helps you do

You can:

  • search businesses by keyword and location

  • generate marketing audit reports

  • automatically create prospect contacts

  • tag new prospects

  • trigger workflows

  • send audit reports by email, SMS, or share link

How to start

  1. Go to Marketing → Prospecting

  2. Enter a keyword or business type

  3. Enter a city, postal code, address, or use “near me”

  4. Choose a radius

  5. Click Search

  6. Select prospects from the results

  7. Generate an audit report

When a prospect is generated, Kyrios creates a contact automatically and can apply a tag such as: new-prospect-received

You can then build workflows using the Prospect Generated trigger.

NOTE: The Prospecting Tool is an optional add-on. Not all businesses will need it or will find value in it. If you have questions if it would be right for your business, feel free to reach out to us.

Best first use

Search one local niche. Generate a few audit reports. Create a simple follow-up workflow before sending outreach.

Do not build a giant prospecting machine before your follow-up is ready. That is how people create chaos and then call it “growth.”

Tool 3 — Chat Widgets

Chat Widgets help website visitors start conversations with your business.

You can create:

  • Live Chat widget

  • SMS Chat widget

  • AI Chat widget

For most members, start with a simple Live Chat widget.

How to create a Live Chat widget

  1. Go to Sites → Chat Widget

  2. Click + New

  3. Select Live Chat

  4. Customize the widget appearance

  5. Add a welcome message

  6. Set office hours

  7. Save the widget

  8. Install it on your website or funnel

Live chat conversations appear inside Conversations, where your team can respond, request contact details, send files, and manage the conversation.

Optional AI setup

If you want AI to answer questions:

  1. Go to AI → Knowledge Base

  2. Create a knowledge base

  3. Add sources such as FAQs, files, or website content

  4. Assign the knowledge base to a bot

  5. Enable Live Chat as a bot channel

  6. Test before going live

Keep this optional at first.

Start with a working chat widget before adding AI. Humanity has suffered enough from bots confidently answering questions they were never trained for.

What happens next

Once one of these tools is active:

  • new leads are captured

  • contacts are created or updated

  • conversations are tracked

  • workflows can trigger follow-up

  • your team can respond from one place

That is the point. Lead tools should not create more scattered work. They should feed the system.

Where to look

Use:

  • Sites → QR Codes for QR codes

  • Prospecting → Lead Finder for prospecting

  • Sites → Chat Widget for chat widgets

  • Contacts for new leads

  • Conversations for replies

  • Automation → Workflows for follow-up

Helpful resources

What to ignore for now

You do not need:

  • bulk QR code creation

  • advanced prospect filters

  • AI chat setup

  • multiple chat widgets

  • large outbound campaigns

Right now, the goal is to choose one lead source and connect it to follow-up.

Important note

These tools create opportunities only when they are connected to your system.

Before sending traffic or outreach, confirm:

  • the contact is created

  • the conversation is visible

  • the follow-up workflow is ready

  • the right person knows what to do next

This is how growth becomes structured instead of scattered.
