Set Up Your Business Profile

Set up your business information so your system communicates correctly and represents your business accurately.

Your Business Profile is what Kyrios uses to represent your business across the system.

Why this matters

When your Business Profile is set correctly:

  • Emails and messages reflect your business identity

  • Communication settings behave as expected

  • System features that rely on business data work properly

  • You are prepared for SMS setup when you’re ready

If this is incomplete, your system still works, but it may feel disconnected or inconsistent.

What you will do

You will:

  1. Review the main sections of your Business Profile

  2. Complete your core business details

  3. Confirm key communication and behavior settings

Where to go

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Business Profile

Your Business Profile is organized into four main sections.

1. Business Information & Authorized Representative

This defines who your business is and who represents it.

Complete:

  • Business name

  • Contact email

  • Authorized representative details

This information is used in:

  • system communication

  • compliance processes like SMS registration

2. General Information & Address

This section defines your business identity and location.

Complete:

  • Business name (if not already filled)

  • Address and location details

This information is used across:

  • contacts

  • communication

  • system settings

3. Calling, Voicemail, Deduplication & Deprecated Features

This controls how your system handles calls and contact records.

Key ideas:

  • Calling and voicemail behavior

  • How duplicate contacts are handled

  • System cleanup and legacy settings

You do not need to configure everything here right now. Just be aware this is where those controls live.

4. Compliance, Messaging & General Behavior Settings

This section controls how your system communicates and behaves.

This includes:

  • messaging settings

  • compliance-related options

  • general system behavior

This becomes more important as you begin using automation and SMS.

What happens next

Once your Business Profile is set:

  • Your system will send messages using your business identity

  • Communication settings will behave correctly

  • You will be ready for features like SMS when you choose to enable them

Where to look

You’ll see your Business Profile information used in:

  • Emails and messages sent from Kyrios

  • Contact records

  • System-generated communication

Important note

If you plan to use SMS: You will need to complete A2P registration, which uses the information in your Business Profile. You do not need to do that now, but having accurate details here will make that process smoother later.
