Where to Find These Settings
Open the correct account.
Click Settings in the lower-left navigation.
Select Business Profile.
Scroll to Business Information.
Business Information
This section confirms that your business is legitimate, registered, and operating in approved regions. Incorrect or incomplete information here is one of the most common reasons for SMS rejection.
1. Business Type
Select the legal structure of your business.
Available options typically include:
Corporation
LLC
Partnership
Non-profit Corporation
Co-operative
This must align with how your business is registered.
2. Business Industry
Select the industry that best represents your primary business activity.
This selection is reviewed during carrier and compliance checks for messaging approval.
3. Business Registration ID Type
Select the official registration identifier for your country.
Common examples include:
United States: Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Canada: Canadian Corporation Number (CCN)
United Kingdom: Company Number
Australia: ACN
India: Corporate Identity Number
EU Countries: VAT Number
Select the option that exactly matches your registration documents.
4. Business Registration Number
Enter the registration number exactly as issued by the registering authority.
Do not include extra spaces or formatting
Must match official records
5. Business Regions of Operations
Select all geographic regions where your business actively operates.
Available regions include:
Africa
Asia
Europe
Latin America
USA and Canada
Multiple regions may be selected.
6. Update Information
Click Update Information to save all Business Information changes.
Authorized Representative
The Authorized Representative is the individual legally responsible for the business. This information may be required for SMS and compliance verification.
Authorized Representative Fields
Provide the following details:
First Name
Last Name
Representative Email Address
Job Position
Phone Number (including country code)
If you are the business owner or operator, enter your own information here.
Common Issues and Fixes
SMS campaign or phone number rejected
Ensure Business Type, Industry, and Registration ID exactly match official records.
Confirm Business Regions of Operations are selected.
Registration ID not accepted
Verify the correct Registration ID Type was selected for your country.
Compliance review delayed
Ensure Authorized Representative details are complete and accurate.
