Open the correct sub-account.
Click Settings in the lower-left navigation.
Select Business Profile.

General Information
This section controls how your business appears in messaging, workflows, invoices, and system fields.
1. Location ID
A system-generated identifier used exclusively by Kyrios support for troubleshooting and account validation.
2. Business Logo
Used across invoices, emails, and branded assets.
Recommended size: 350px Γ 180px
Maximum file size: 2.5 MB
3. Friendly Business Name
Displayed in messaging, workflows, and Custom Fields.

4. Legal Business Name
Must exactly match the name registered with your EIN or official business authority.
5. Business Email
Used in outbound communications and Custom Fields.

6. Business Phone
Used in messaging and Custom Fields.

{{location.phone}}Must match your configured LC phone number if used for calling or SMS.
7. Branded Domain
Connect a subdomain for calendars, forms, surveys, and links.
8. Business Website
Used in Custom Fields and workflows.

9. Business Niche
Select the option that best describes your target market.
10. API Key
Used for authenticated API integrations and third-party connections.
11. Update Information
Saves all General Information changes.
Business Physical Address
This address is required for compliance, verification, and SMS approval. It must exactly match your EIN listing.
Enter the exact business address as it appears in the EIN listing.

Time Zone
Controls timing for automations, campaigns, and workflows. Always confirm this matches your business operations.
Platform Language
Controls the language of the Kyrios interface.
Outbound Communication Language for Custom Values
Controls the language used when Custom Fields and Custom Values are rendered in messages.
Supported languages include English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and others.
Common Issues and Fixes
Business verification fails
Ensure Legal Business Name and Physical Address exactly match EIN records.
Automations fire at incorrect times
Verify the Time Zone setting matches your business location.
