Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for users creating or editing email campaigns who need precise control over text, layout, personalization, and interactive elements inside the Kyrios Email Builder.

Advanced Editing Options

The Inline Editor includes advanced tools that help refine and personalize email content efficiently.

Available options:

  • Clear Format: Removes all existing formatting from selected text.
Use this when pasting content from external sources to ensure consistent styling.

  • Custom Values: Inserts recipient-specific information, such as name or location, directly into the email.

  • Trigger Links: Creates interactive links that trigger predefined actions when clicked.

  • ContentAI: Uses artificial intelligence to generate relevant email content based on provided inputs.

Each option applies only to the selected text or element and can be used independently.

Saving and Previewing Your Email

The Email Builder provides multiple tools to save progress and verify email appearance before sending.

Available tools:

  • Versioning: Save individual elements or entire sections and access version history.

  • File Attachments: Attach files to emails while managing supported file types and size limits.

Editing and Refinement

Use these options during the editing process to validate and refine your email:

  • Test Email: Send a test email to verify layout, links, and personalization.

  • Preview Template: View how the email appears on different devices.

  • Save Version History: Restore earlier versions if changes need to be reverted.

  • File Attachments: Add or remove files directly from the editor.

Each tool functions independently and does not affect other editor settings.

Further Customization

Custom Values

Custom Values personalize emails using recipient-specific data such as:

  • First name

  • City

  • Custom contact fields

This improves relevance and typically increases engagement rates.

Trigger Links

Trigger Links allow recipients to take actions directly from an email, such as:

  • Confirming a subscription

  • Unsubscribing

  • Accessing special offers

These links simplify user actions and help increase conversions.

ContentAI

ContentAI assists with content creation by generating text automatically.

You can provide:

  • Content titles

  • Descriptions

  • Keywords

ContentAI then generates relevant copy that can be edited before sending.

Managing Elements

The Inline Editor allows detailed control over every text element in your email.

Text and formatting controls include:

  • Font styles, sizes, and colors: Font sizes range from 8px to 96px.

  • Text formatting: Bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough.

  • Hyperlinks and alignment: Add links, adjust alignment, and control line height.

The Manage Elements panel allows full control over each element.

Editing Individual Elements

Each element can be edited independently to modify its properties without affecting other elements.

You can remove any element from the Manage Elements section if it is no longer needed.

When you hover over or click a section, column, or element in Manage Elements, the editor automatically scrolls to that specific item in the email layout.

Spacer Element

The Spacer element adds adjustable vertical or horizontal spacing between content blocks.

You can define exact height or width values to maintain clean and professional layouts.

Important Notes

  • The Spacer element is available in both new and existing templates.

  • It does not contain content; it only adds visual spacing.

Conditional Element

Conditional Elements allow you to control whether specific content appears for certain contacts.

This enables personalized messaging within a single email.

To enable:

  1. Go to the Visibility tab.

  2. Enable Conditional Element.

Supported Conditions

Conditions can be based on:

  • Single-line text fields

  • Numbers

  • Radio selects

  • Single-select drop-down fields

Not supported:

  • Multi-select custom fields

Using “Null” as a Value

You can set a condition where an element displays only when a contact field is empty.

Important:

  • Do not type the word NULL.

  • Leave the field empty to apply a null condition correctly.

This allows targeting contacts with missing data.

Review Link Element

The Review Link element allows multiple review platform links in one email.

Supported actions:

  • Add links for platforms such as Google, Facebook, or Yelp

  • Reorder links

  • Select or delete links

The system validates all links automatically to ensure accuracy.
