Step 1: Hide Elements From Mobile or Desktop View

Navigate to the Email Builder

  • Go to Marketing.

  • Open the Emails sub-tab.

  • Select Campaigns or Templates.

  • Open an existing email campaign or template in the drag-and-drop editor.

Hide an Element Using Visibility Settings

  • Click the element you want to edit.

  • Open Visibility settings.

  • Choose to hide the element on:

    • Mobile

    • Desktop

    • Both

Hide an Element Using Hover Actions

  • Hover over the element inside the editor.

  • Select the action option to hide it on mobile or desktop.

Where You Can Hide Elements

  • Elements can be hidden directly in:

    • The editor canvas

    • The layer panel

Important Behavior Notes

  • Always preview the email after hiding elements to confirm layout behavior.
