Why Email Verification Is Required

Email verification is required before an email address can be used as a sender in campaigns.

Verified sender emails help:

  • Reduce spam filtering

  • Protect against unauthorized email use

  • Improve inbox placement

  • Prevent failed or blocked campaign sends

Unverified sender emails may block campaign delivery.

Option 1: Verify an Email Address During Campaign Setup

Step 1: Start a New Email Campaign

Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns, then click New to create a campaign.

Step 2: Enter a Sender Email

In the Send or Schedule section, enter the email address you want recipients to see as the sender.

Step 3: Trigger Verification

If the email address is not verified, a warning message appears prompting verification.

Click Verify now.

Step 4: Send the Verification Email

A verification email is sent automatically to the entered address.

Step 5: Retrieve the Verification Code

Check the inbox of the sender email address.

If not visible, check spam or junk folders.

Step 6: Enter the Verification Code

Enter the code from the email into the verification prompt and click Verify.

Step 7: Complete Campaign Setup

Once verified, the email address becomes available for sending.

Finish scheduling or sending your campaign.

Option 2: Pre-Verify an Email Address from Settings

You can verify sender emails before creating a campaign.

Step 1: Open Email Campaign Settings

Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns, then click the Settings (⚙️) icon.

Step 2: Verify a Sender Email

Open Verified sender emails and click Verify an email.

Step 3: Complete Verification

Follow the same email and code verification process.

Once verified, the email will be available in all campaigns.

Common Issues and Fixes

Verification Email Not Received

  • Check spam or junk folders

  • Confirm the email address was typed correctly

  • Click Resend verification email

Cannot Send Campaign
