Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this guide if you want to send a one-time email campaign immediately or schedule it for a future date using Kyrios Email Campaigns.

Part 1: Create the Email

Create a New Email Campaign

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.

  2. Click Create Campaign.

Choose a Template

  • Select the email template you want to use for your campaign.

  • Templates determine the base layout and structure of your email.

Design Your Email

  • Add all required content elements (text, images, buttons, etc.).

  • You can save the campaign at any time and return to edit it later before sending.

How to Verify Your “From” Email Address to Avoid Spam

Verifying your sender email helps prevent spoofing and improves deliverability.

Step 1: Start the Send or Schedule Flow

  • After setting up your campaign, click Send or Schedule.

Step 2: Verify the Sender Email

  • During setup, follow the verification prompt for the sender email.

  • Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to the email address.

Step 3: Fix Unverified Emails

  • Correct any unverified sender emails.

  • Restart the verification process if needed.

Step 4: Complete Verification

  • Ensure all sender emails are successfully verified.

Step 5: Manage Verified Emails

  • Review and manage verified email addresses from the verification list.

Step 6: Send the Campaign

  • Once verification is complete, proceed with sending or scheduling the campaign.

Note: All sender emails must be verified before sending to protect your email reputation and prevent deliverability issues.

Part 2: Customize Your Email

Use the Drag-and-Drop Builder

  • Drag and drop elements into the builder area to design your layout.

Adjust Layout Rounding

  • Select a layout element.

  • Use the corner radius slider to round element edges and improve visual styling.

Use the Inline Text Editor

All text elements support inline editing for faster content creation.

Inline Editor Features Include:

  • Heading styles: H1–H5 and Paragraph

  • ~18 supported fonts

  • Font sizes from 8px to 96px

  • Text color and highlight (hex supported)

  • Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough

  • Hyperlinks and text alignment

  • Line spacing (1.5 for paragraphs, 1.25 for headings)

  • Ordered and unordered lists

  • Clean paste (removes external formatting)

  • Custom value support

  • Content AI for AI-assisted copywriting

  • Default padding: Top (12), Bottom (12), Left (24), Right (24)

Part 3: Send Email

Send or Schedule the Campaign

  1. Click Send or Schedule.

  2. Complete the To and From fields.

  3. Enter the subject line.

  4. Choose Send Now or Schedule.

Scheduled Emails

  • If scheduling, select the date and time.

  • Emails send based on the account’s timezone.

Sender Domain Options (LC Email Only)

  • The system auto-selects the correct sender domain.

  • Public or shared email addresses are adjusted automatically to prevent failures.

  • You may select a single domain or all domains (based on configuration rules).

  • Alerts appear if a selected domain has issues.

Rescheduling Campaigns

  • Campaigns can be rescheduled up to one hour before execution.

  • Click Reschedule and update the date/time.

  • For large sends, use drip/batch scheduling to reduce bounce risk and avoid suspension.

Send a Test Email

  1. Click the three dots next to Save.

  2. Select Test Email.

  3. Enter recipient details and click Send Test Email.

Restore Previous Versions

  • Click the three dots next to Save.

  • Open Version History to view or restore older versions.

Direct Checkout for Product Elements

Create payment-enabled emails with built-in checkout.

How to Use:

  1. Go to Email Marketing.

  2. Create a new campaign.

  3. Add a Product Element and select Direct Checkout.

  4. Click the link icon to customize the checkout page.

  5. Save your changes.

Forms and Inline Surveys

Embed feedback forms or surveys directly into emails.

How to Use:

  1. Open your email campaign.

  2. Add the Form Element.

  3. Choose a feedback type.

  4. Customize the design and send.

Note: Available only for email marketing campaigns.
