Why Sender Email Verification Is Required
Sender email verification is required to:
Prevent identity spoofing

Only verified email addresses can be used as sender emails for campaigns.
What Happens If an Email Is Not Verified
If the sender email is not verified:
Campaign sending is blocked
A verification prompt appears
The email cannot be used until verification is completed
Verify a Sender Email During Campaign Setup
How to Verify
Go to Email Marketing.
Enter the sender email address.
Click Verify now.
Check the inbox for the verification email.
Click the verification link or enter the OTP code.
Click Verify.
Verify a Sender Email from Settings
Where to Manage Verified Emails
Go to Settings.
Select Verified sender emails.
Click Verify an email.
Enter the email address.
Complete verification using the OTP.
Verification Methods
Available Options
Verification link (email click)
One-time passcode (OTP)
Both methods confirm ownership of the email address.
After Verification
Once verified:
The email appears in the Verified sender emails list
It can be selected as a sender for campaigns
No re-verification is required unless removed
Removing a Verified Email
Removing a verified sender email:
Prevents future use in campaigns
Does not affect past campaigns
Requires re-verification if added again
Common Issues and Fixes
I Did Not Receive the Verification Email
Possible causes:
Email went to spam or junk
Typo in the email address
Fix:
Check spam/junk folders
Click Resend verification email
Campaign Still Shows Unverified
Cause: Verification not completed
Fix: Complete OTP or link verification fully
Can I Verify a Shared Inbox?
Yes, as long as you can access the inbox to complete verification.
What Verification Does Not Control
Sender verification does not affect:
SMTP provider configuration
Open or click tracking
Reply or forwarding behavior
Bounce classification
Those are managed in other Email Services settings.
