What Is Google Organic Booking
Google Organic Booking (also called Google Booking Redirect) lets customers click Book Online on your Google Business Profile and schedule services using your Kyrios booking system.

Google Search
Google Maps
No paid advertising is required.
Prerequisites and Requirements
Before enabling Google Organic Booking, all of the following must be true:
You have a verified Google Business Profile
Your business operates in a supported country
Your services fall under a supported business category
Your Kyrios calendars and service menus are published and active

Only the following verticals are supported.

Step 1: Create a Service Menu in Kyrios
You must create a Service Menu or Service Group before enabling Google Organic Booking.
Go to Calendars
Open Calendar Settings
Select Service Menu
Click Create Service Menu
Your service menu defines what customers see when booking from Google.
Step 2: Enable Google Organic Booking
Go to Calendars
Open Calendar Settings
Select Connections
Click Google Organic Booking
Toggle Enable Google Organic Booking
Enabling may take 24–48 hours to reflect on your Google Business Profile.
Step 3: Configure the Primary Action Feed
The Primary Action Feed controls what Google uses for the main Book Online button.
Select a Service Menu or Service Group
Ensure services are clearly named and described
Confirm the menu is published
Only one primary feed can be selected.
Step 4: Configure Individual Service Booking (Optional)
You can also allow individual calendars to appear as separate services on Google.
Select calendars under Services Feed
Ensure each calendar has:
A clear name
A matching description
Save changes
Google validates names and descriptions during approval.
Step 5: Add the Booking Link in Google Business Profile
You must add your booking link directly inside Google.
Sign in to your Google Business Profile
Select Booking
Scroll to Add a link
Paste your Kyrios booking page URL
Click Save
This enables the Book Online button on Google Search and Maps.
Verification Timeline
First-time setup: 7–14 days
Feed updates: 24–48 hours
Link changes: Up to 48 hours
Google manually reviews feeds during initial setup.
How to Disable Google Organic Booking
If you no longer want bookings from Google:
Go to Calendars
Open Calendar Settings
Select Connections
Toggle Google Organic Booking off
Once disabled:
No feed is sent to Google
The Book Online button is removed

Google says my link is “Invalid” or “Under Review”
Ensure the link starts with https://
Confirm the booking page is published
Verify your domain is connected
Wait up to 14 days for first-time review
Services are not showing on Google
Confirm your business category is supported
Ensure service names and descriptions match
