What the Reserve with Google Integration Does
Reserve with Google allows customers to book appointments directly from Google Search results tied to your Local Services Ads.
Once connected:
Bookings appear automatically in your Kyrios calendar
Double-booking is prevented
No manual scheduling is required
Requirements Before You Start
You must meet all of the following requirements:
An active Google Local Services Ads (LSA) account
Business located in the United States
Business category supported by Google (for example: Home Services, Real Estate, Legal)
Payments are not supported through Reserve with Google
Your Business Name and Address in Settings → Business Profile must exactly match your LSA account
Google verification can take 24–48 hours
Step 1: Open the Reserve with Google Integration
Log in to Kyrios.
Go to Settings.
Open Integrations.
Locate Reserve with Google.
Step 2: Start the Integration Flow
Click Proceed on the Reserve with Google Integration modal.
This opens the Google LSA linking flow in a new tab.
Step 3: Confirm Your Business Information
Review the business details that will be sent to Google.
Confirm that all details are correct.
Check the confirmation box.
Click Proceed.
Step 4: Open Calendar Connections
Navigate to Calendars.
Open Settings.
Click Connections.
Locate Reserve with Google.
Step 5: Configure Calendar Services for Google
Select a calendar to use for Google bookings.
Enable Reserve with Google.
Set:
Category
Service type
Amount
Click Configure calendar.
Step 6: Review Service Configuration Details
Each service must include pricing and service classification for Google approval.
Category determines how the service appears in Google
Service type must align with your LSA category
Amount is required but not charged through Google
Step 7: Link Your Google Local Services Ads Account
A Google page opens listing available business profiles.
Click Link account next to the correct profile.
Click Done.
Only one account should be linked.
Step 8: Monitor Integration Status
After linking:
Status may show Verification in progress
Google typically completes verification within 24–48 hours
If the status shows Not Matched, confirm that:
Business name matches exactly
Address formatting is identical
Business category aligns with LSA
Managing Bookings After Verification
Once verified:
All bookings made through Google appear in your Kyrios calendar
Appointments block availability automatically
No manual confirmation is required
You can optionally create Workflows to send:
Email notifications
SMS alerts
Internal team notifications
