View Message Details for a Call
You can open Message Details for any call directly from the conversation thread.
Steps:
Go to Conversations.
Open a conversation with a call.
Click the three-dot menu on the call entry.
Select Details.
This opens the Message Details panel for that call.
See Who Answered an Incoming Call (Internal User)
If an incoming call was answered by a Kyrios user, Message Details shows the internal user who answered.
Where to look:
In Conversations > Message Details
Under the call metadata section
What you see:
The name of the internal user who answered the call.
A clickable link to that user’s record.
This confirms exactly which team member handled the call.
See Who Answered an Incoming Call (Forwarded Number)
If an incoming call was answered by a forwarded phone number (not an internal Kyrios user), Message Details shows the answering phone number instead.
Where to look:
In Conversations > Message Details
Under the same call metadata section
What you see:
The external phone number that answered the call.
This helps distinguish between internal answers and external call forwarding.
Select Call Status After a Call (Power Dialer and Manual Calls)
After completing a call—especially when using the Power Dialer—you are prompted to select how the call went.
Available call statuses:
No Answer
Busy
Voicemail
Completed
How Call Status Is Now Applied

Saved on the call record
Used in workflows and automation triggers

System-detected status could override the user’s selected status.
Current behavior:
If you select a call status, Kyrios uses that status.
If you select nothing, Kyrios falls back to system detection.
Voicemail Drop Improvement
What changed:
Voicemail drops now wait until the answering machine message finishes, even if it is longer than 15 seconds.
Previous behavior (fixed):
Voicemail drops stopped waiting after 15 seconds.
Current behavior:
Kyrios waits for the full answering machine message, then drops the voicemail reliably.
FAQ
Can I see who answered every incoming call?
Yes. If the call was answered by an internal Kyrios user, their name is shown. If it was answered via call forwarding, the answering phone number is shown in Message Details.
Where do I find who answered a call?
Open Conversations, open the call, click the three-dot menu, and select Details.
Does my selected call status affect automations?
Yes. The call status you select is now the status used in workflow and automation triggers.
What happens if I don’t select a call status?
Kyrios automatically detects and assigns the call status.
Does this apply to Power Dialer calls?
Yes. Power Dialer call outcomes now fully respect the user-selected call status.
